If you want another user to be notified of a comment, you must properly @mention them. To see what a correctly formatted @mention looks like, please watch the short video below!

If another user isn't receiving notifications within 15 minutes, ask them to check their spam folder. Sometimes Sisu emails that come from [email protected] can be tagged as spam.
