The Transaction Filter on the Transactions screen gives you power over your data by allowing you to specify exactly which transactions you're viewing at one time. Opening the Filter on the Transactions Screen
Each section in this article involves using the filter on the Transactions screen. If you don't know how to open the Transaction Filter, follow these steps:
1. Go to Transactions > Transactions. This opens the Transactions screen.
2. On the right side of the screen, click the filter icon. This opens the Transaction Filter.
Filtering the Transactions Screen
If you want to define which transactions appear on the Transactions screen, do the following:
1. Open the Transaction Filter on the Transactions screen.

2. Adjust any of the filter fields and drop-downs to define which transactions you want to see on the Transactions screen.
3. When finished, click the Apply Filter button at the bottom of the filter.
Creating a Saved Filter
If you repeatedly filter the Transactions screen a certain way, you can create a saved filter. This allows you to quickly apply a complex filter to the Transactions screen at any time.
1. Open the Transaction Filter on the Transactions screen.

2. Adjust any of the filter fields and drop-downs to define what kind of transactions you want to see on the Transactions screen.
3. At the top of the filter, click the + Save as New button.
4. Enter a name in the Filter Name field that appears.
5. Click the + Save New button. Your new saved filter now appears in the Saved Filters section.
Applying a Saved Filter to the Transaction Screen
1. Open the Transaction Filter on the Transactions screen.

2. Click a saved filter that you want applied to the Transactions screen.
3. Click the Apply Filter button at the bottom of the filter.
Deselecting a Saved Filter
When you select a saved filter, it remains selected until you reset the filter. (see screenshot below)
To reset the Transaction Filter after creating or selecting a saved filter, do the following:
1. Open the Transaction Filter on the Transactions screen.

2. Click the Clear All button in the top-right corner.
Updating a Saved Filter
After creating a saved filter, you might want to tweak it. Here's how:
1. Open the Transaction Filter on the Transactions screen.

2. Click a saved filter to select it (if it isn't selected already).
3. Adjust any of the filter fields and drop-downs.
4. Click the Update Selected link at the top of the filter. Your filter is now updated.
Deleting a Saved Filter
1. Open the Transaction Filter on the Transactions screen.

2. Click the X icon in-line with a saved filter.
Resetting the Transaction Screen to Remove All Filters
To remove all applied filters from the Transactions screen, click the Reset All button in-line with the search bar.
