In this video we demonstrate the process of creating, editing, and applying Roadmaps in the Client Portal. Within the Roadmap Builder you can create Roadmaps for specific client types and set automatic triggers. After creating a Roadmap you'll then add steps that are linked to tasks and date fields.
How To Invite Your Clients To The Portal
This video demonstrates two methods for inviting your clients to the Client Portal: sending invitations manually or setting up automated invites. You can also customize and brand these invitations using email templates.
What Does Your Client See In The Portal?
In this video, we showcase the Client Portal from the client's perspective. Clients receive an email with a link to register and verify their account. Once they've registered they can access a dashboard featuring transaction cards with property details, agent information, and vendor contacts. Clients can manage settings, view roadmaps, upload documents, and send messages.
