Reviewing transaction documents in Sisu for accuracy and legal compliance is quick and easy.

Topics in this article:

Viewing Documents

In order to review a document you must first view the document. To view an uploaded document, navigate to the Transactions Page and select the desired transaction. From within the transaction select the Documents tab.

Then, in File View, click the View Document button found to the right of the document name.

Approving and Rejecting Documents

There are 2 ways to review documents within a transaction.

While viewing a document you will see a section appear to the right that allows you to select an Approval Status.

This icon at the top of the section allows you to quickly toggle through uploaded documents without needing to navigate back a page, streamlining the document review process.

Documents can also be reviewed in the Documents tab by selecting Approved, Rejected or NA in the Approval column in File View.

Required Documents

When viewing Required Files you'll notice some different icons in the Status column. Here's what they mean:

This icon means the document was uploaded but a type was not assigned, and it has not been reviewed.

This icon means the document was uploaded, a type was assigned, and is pending review.

This icon means the document has been reviewed and approved.

This icon means the document has been reviewed and rejected.

This icon means the document has been reviewed and marked as NA.

Document Comments

You may want to leave a comment on a document after reviewing, especially if you've rejected the document. We've made this easy to do in Sisu.

To leave a comment while viewing a document just click the Comments icon in the section to the right of the document.

You can @mention a user on your team to notify them in specific about your comment.

The user will be notified in their Message Center and also via email. More information on Comments in Sisu can be found in this KB article. πŸ“™

Document Comments can also be made/viewed in File View on the Documents tab by selecting the Comments icon to the far right of the document.
