Integrating your CRM to Recruiting
All of our Direct CRM integrations were originally built for the Real Estate platform. However, we’ve worked to make these integrations compatible with the Sisu Recruiting platform as well. When using CRM integrations with Recruiting, please be aware of the following limitations:
📌 Separate CRM Accounts Required
Each Sisu Team must have its own CRM account for Real Estate and Recruiting tracking. If you only have one CRM account connected to both, you must ensure there are no duplicate users.
Example: If Joe ([email protected]) is already on your Real Estate team, he cannot also be added to your Recruiting team with the same email. Instead, create a unique Recruiting user (e.g., [email protected]) and link that profile to the CRM.
Why this matters: Separate users keep Recruiting and Real Estate data from overlapping, ensuring reporting stays accurate and sync errors are avoided.
📌 Lead Types Must Be Buyer or Seller
Leads/deals labeled Buyer will sync into Recruiting as New Recruit (in the Client Type field).
Leads/deals labeled Seller will sync into Recruiting as Experienced Recruit (in the Client Type field).
ℹ️ CINC Note: While CINC has a “Recruit” type, our integration only processes leads labeled Buyer or Seller.
ℹ️ Follow Up Boss Note: For FUB, ensure your Deal Pipelines are named Sisu Buyer or Sisu Seller.

The ActiveCampaign Integration
