If you need to cancel your Sisu or SisuSign subscription, you can do so directly from your team's billing settings if you have the appropriate permissions. If you don't see the billing option, our Customer Success team is happy to help point you in the right direction.

Canceling Your Subscription
If you have access to your team's billing settings:
Navigate to Admin > Team Settings > Manage Billing.
Select the subscription you want to cancel.
Click Cancel Subscription.
Follow the prompts to confirm your cancellation.
ℹ️ Note: Your Sisu account will remain active until your next scheduled renewal date.
Don't Have Access to Manage Billing?
Not every Admin or TC user has access to the Manage Billing page.
If you don't see Manage Billing under Team Settings, contact our Customer Success team by:
Clicking the chat bubble in the bottom-right corner of Sisu.
Selecting Talk To Person.
Our team can identify who on your team has billing access and help you get in touch with the appropriate person.
