Integration Requirements
For BombBomb data to successfully sync into Sisu, the following conditions must be met:
The user must be an active user on your Sisu roster
The user’s email address must match exactly in both BombBomb and Sisu
If either of these requirements is not met, data will not sync correctly.
What the Integration Does
BombBomb is simple to use, and setting up the integration is just as straightforward.
Once enabled, the integration will automatically create a custom metric on your Sisu dashboard called “BombBombs Sent.” This metric tracks the number of BombBomb videos sent each day.
Agent-Level vs Team-Level Tracking
To track BombBomb activity per agent, each agent must have their own BombBomb account
If agents share a BombBomb account, Sisu can track BombBombs sent at the team level only, not individually per agent
How to Get the Integration Set Up
To begin, log into your Sisu account and send us a message via the chat bubble. 💬

Your BombBomb admin username
Your BombBomb admin password
