Ins & Outs Of The Sure Send Integration

A complete guide to what the Sure Send > Sisu integration does, what syncs (and what doesn’t), and how to use it day to day.

Written by Kylah Searing

The Sure Send integration gives team owners real-time visibility into agent activity and deal flow without manual data entry. Activities logged in Sure Send (calls, texts, emails) report into Sisu as agent activity, and lead tags or appointments in Sure Send can automatically create and update transactions in Sisu.

This is currently a one-way integration: changes made in Sure Send sync into Sisu. Updates made in Sisu do not flow back to Sure Send. A two-way version is on the roadmap. 🚀

Activities: What gets tracked

Every call, text, and email logged in Sure Send is automatically reported in Sisu as agent activity. This works whether the activity originates from a connected dialer, Gmail, or any other tool. As long as it shows up in Sure Send as a call, text, or email, Sisu will track it.

→ Lead Source Counts

All new leads added to your Sure Send account show up in Sisu Lead Source counts. The lead is credited to whoever it’s assigned to in Sure Send, and that activity is reflected at both the team and agent level in Sisu.

→ Activity Types Tracked

  • Outgoing calls (count toward Dials)

  • Incoming calls (tracked as Calls Received)

  • Outgoing and incoming text messages

  • Emails sent through Sure Send or any connected email tool

  • New lead additions tied to lead source

Conversations only increment in Sisu when the conversation length threshold is met. By default, this matches Sure Send’s 90-second threshold.

→ How activities show up in Sisu

When activities sync from Sure Send, they increment two sets of metrics in Sisu:

  • Sure Send-specific activities (e.g., Sure Send Calls, Sure Send Texts, Calls Received). These let you see exactly what came from Sure Send.

  • Sisu default activity totals (e.g., Dials, Conversations, Emails, Text Messages). These reflect the full total across every connected source.

If you have multiple integrations connected (for example, a separate dialer or a second CRM), the Sure Send-specific metrics let you isolate just the Sure Send activity, while the Sisu defaults show the combined total.

Transactions: How They’re Created & Updated

The integration can automatically create and update transactions in Sisu based on actions taken in Sure Send. There are two ways a transaction can be triggered: applying a tag, or scheduling an appointment.

⚠️ Important Note:

A contact can have one active buyer transaction and one active seller transaction at a time. To add additional transactions for the same contact, create them directly in Sisu.

→ Method 1: Tags

When the integration is enabled, Sisu automatically creates a set of buyer and seller transaction tags inside your Sure Send account. Applying one of these tags to a contact will create a corresponding transaction in Sisu.

What gets created:

  • A buyer or seller transaction (depending on the tag applied)

  • Pre-filled with the contact’s name, phone number, email, and lead source

  • Assigned to whoever the contact is assigned to in Sure Send

  • Stamped with the date the tag was applied (e.g., Appointment Set date)

  • A direct link back to the Sure Send contact for easy management

Updating the transaction:

As the lead progresses, simply apply the next tag in the pipeline (e.g., Appointment Met, Client Signed, Pending, Closed, or Lost). Sisu will update the transaction status and record the corresponding date; no manual updates required.

→ Method 2: Appointments

Scheduling an appointment in Sure Send can also create a transaction in Sisu. The transaction type depends on the appointment type:

  • Listing Consult → Seller transaction

  • Buyer Consult → Buyer transaction

When the appointment is created, a transaction is generated in Sisu and pre-filled with the meeting address, the appointment set date, and the agent the appointment is assigned to. When the appointment is later edited and an outcome is added, Sisu updates the transaction to Appointment Met and records the appointment met date.

⚠️ Important Note:

The appointments feature only takes a transaction through the Appointment Set and Appointment Met stages. To progress beyond that, for example to Signed, Closed, or Lost, apply the corresponding tag in Sure Send.

Things To Know (and current limits)

  • This is a one-way integration. Changes in Sure Send sync to Sisu. Changes you make in Sisu (status changes, edits, deletions) will not be reflected back in Sure Send.

  • Each contact can have one active buyer transaction and one active seller transaction at a time.

  • To add additional transactions for the same contact, create them directly in Sisu. They cannot be added, updated, or deleted from Sure Send.

  • The conversation threshold defaults to 90 seconds to match Sure Send’s definition.

  • Activities are tracked at both the team level and the individual agent level (the agent assigned to the lead in Sure Send gets credit).

🚀 Coming Soon:

A two-way version of the integration is in development. Once released, updates made in Sisu will sync back to Sure Send contracts so both systems stay aligned automatically.

Frequently Asked Questions

My agent uses a separate dialer that integrates with Sure Send. Will those calls still track?

Yes. As long as the call is logged in Sure Send (regardless of where it originated), it will sync to Sisu and increment both the Sure Send-specific activity and the matching Sisu default.

Can I see which activities came from Sure Send versus another source?

Yes. Sisu has Sure Send-specific activity metrics (Sure Send Calls, Sure Send Texts, Calls Received, etc.) so you can filter to just Sure Send activity. The default Sisu activity totals reflect everything combined across all connected sources.

What if I need to change a transaction’s status or details?

For now, make those updates directly in Sisu. Because the integration is one-way, changes you make in Sisu will not be pushed back to Sure Send until two-way sync is released.

How do I get the Sure Send integration enabled?

Reach out to your Sisu Account Manager. They’ll walk you through setup and confirm the buyer/seller transaction tags have been added to your Sure Send account.
