Updating Transaction Dates From The Record Page

The Record page is not just for updating activities. It also allows you to quickly update transaction dates, view existing dates, and create new transactions directly from the same page.

Updating Existing Transactions

To update pipeline dates on an existing transaction via the Record page, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to the Record page.

  2. In the Transactions section at the top, locate the existing transaction by typing in the client name, transaction address, or Sisu transaction ID in the search bar.

    ℹ️ Note: Transactions are labeled as (B) for Buyer and (S) for Seller.

  3. Click the transaction you'd like to update.

  4. The following transaction details are provided:

    • Contact Name

    • Transaction Type

    • Transaction Amount

    • Transaction Stage

    • Transaction Tag(s)

    • Contact Email

    • Contact Phone

    • Transaction Address

  5. The following key dates can be viewed and updated:

    • Appt Set

    • Appt Met

    • 1st Showing

    • 1st Offer

    • Signed

    • Under Contract

    • Closed

    • Forecasted Close

  6. To update a date, click the relevant date field and select or type a new date using the calendar picker.

  7. Changes are automatically saved.


Creating New Transactions

If an existing transaction cannot be located via the search bar, you can create a new transaction by following these steps:

  1. Navigate to the Record page.

  2. In the Transactions section at the top, click .

  3. In the Contact section, search for an existing contact.

    • If a match is found, click the contact name.

    • If no match is found, click the Create button.

  4. In the Transaction Details section, fill out the following fields:

    • Agent (required)

    • Type (required)

    • Transaction Amount

    • Listing Amount

    • Transaction Stage

    • Tags

  5. Click the Continue to Log Dates button.

  6. The following key dates can be updated:

    • Appt Set

    • Appt Met

    • 1st Showing

    • 1st Offer

    • Signed

    • Under Contract

    • Closed

    • Forecasted Close

  7. Changes are automatically saved.
