Getting to Know the Client Portal Dashboard

Admin Perspective

Use the links below to learn more about different parts of the Dashboard:

A) Sidebar Collapse icon

Click this icon to hide the sidebar on the left side of the screen.

B) Team drop-down

If you belong to multiple teams, click this drop-down to search for and select a different team's Client Portal.

C) Roadmap Builder

Click here to open the Roadmap Builder, which lets you build roadmap templates that you can then apply to your clients.

D) Message Center

This opens the Message Center, which shows all direct messages and comments available to the agent.

E) Admin

  • Documents: This is where you can set up folders for documents in Client Portal.

  • Team Notifications: Here, you can disable the step notifications or daily task reminders for the entire team.

G) Sidebar Collapse icon

Click this icon to hide the sidebar on the left side of the screen.

H) Transactions section

This section contains all the transactions from your Transactions screen in Sisu. This section allows you to search for transactions and then assign roadmap templates to them.

I) Contact Search bar

Use the search bar to search for and select a contact. When you click on a contact, you'll open their transaction. You'll be able to see the client's transaction information, roadmaps, documents, and comments.

J) Recently Viewed Transaction section

After you click on a transaction in Client Portal, it will appear in the Recently Viewed Transaction section the next time you view the Dashboard.

K) Settings icon

Click this icon to adjust the appearance of Client Portal in the following ways:

  • Change the size of the features

  • Change the size of the font

  • Choose between Light Mode and Dark Mode

L) Notifications panel

This allows you to see all the threads where you've been @mentioned, and you can reply to these threads directly from the panel. You can access your Message Center by clicking the open envelope icon in the top-right corner of the panel, and you can send a direct message to another user.

M) Account profile icon

When you click the account profile icon, you see 2 options:

  • Notifications: If you turn off roadmap step notifications or daily task reminders here, only your personal account is affected (as opposed to the entire team).

  • Logout

If you belong to multiple teams (e.g., a Sisu team and a Sisu Recruiting team), click this drop-down to select a different team's Client Portal.

C) Message Center

This opens the Message Center, which shows all direct messages and comments available to the agent.

This section contains all the transactions from your Transactions screen in Sisu. This section allows you to search for transactions and then assign roadmap templates to them.

Clicking this icon hides the sidebar on the left side of the screen.

B) Message Center

This opens the Message Center, which shows all comments available to the client.

C) Logout button

Clicking this button logs the client out of Client Portal.

D) Sidebar Collapse icon

Clicking this icon hides the sidebar on the left side of the screen.

E) Transactions section

This is where the client will see their transaction(s) and transaction information. If they click on the "View Transaction" button, they can see their associated roadmaps. They'll also have a tab for uploading documents and a tab for all their comment threads.

F) Settings icon

Clicking this icon allows the client to adjust the appearance of Client Portal in the following ways:

  • Change the size of the features

  • Change the size of the font

  • Choose between Light Mode and Dark Mode

G) Notifications panel
