Admins have full control over team settings, roadmap templates, documents, and communication. Hereโs a breakdown of each part of the Client Portal Dashboard and what it does.
A) Sidebar Collapse Icon
Hide or expand the left sidebar to give yourself more screen space.
B) Team Drop-Down
If you're part of multiple teams, use this drop-down to switch between Client Portals.
C) Roadmap Builder
Open the Roadmap Builder to create or edit roadmap templates for your clients.

Client Perspective
Clients can view their transaction progress, upload documents, communicate with your team, and stay on top of important updates.
A) Sidebar Collapse Icon
Hide or expand the left sidebar to give yourself more screen space.
B) Message Center
Opens the clientโs Message Center, showing all comment threads theyโre part of.
C) Logout Button
Log out of the Client Portal.
D) Sidebar Collapse Icon
A second option to hide or expand the sidebar (same function as item A).
E) Transactions Section
Clients can see their transaction(s) and click View Transaction to:
Follow their roadmaps
Upload documents
Review comment threads

Personalize the Portal appearance:
Resize features
