The Client Portal Dashboard is designed to simplify your workflow and elevate your client experience. Whether you're an Admin, Agent, or Client, the Dashboard gives you fast, intuitive access to the tools, transactions, and communication that keep every part of your process moving smoothly.

Below is a guided walkthrough of each section, tailored to your role in the Client Portal.

Admin Perspective

Admins have full control over team settings, roadmap templates, documents, and communication. Hereโ€™s a breakdown of each part of the Client Portal Dashboard and what it does.

A) Sidebar Collapse Icon

Hide or expand the left sidebar to give yourself more screen space.

B) Team Drop-Down

If you're part of multiple teams, use this drop-down to switch between Client Portals.

C) Roadmap Builder

Open the Roadmap Builder to create or edit roadmap templates for your clients.

D) Message Center

View all your direct messages and comment threads in one place.

E) Admin Menu

  • Documents: Create and manage folders for client-facing documents.

  • Team Notifications: Disable step notifications or daily task reminders at a team-wide level.

G) Sidebar Collapse Icon (Right Side)

A second option to hide or expand the sidebar (same function as item A).

H) Transactions Section

Search for transactions and assign Roadmaps directly from the Dashboard.

I) Contact Search Bar

Search for a client to jump straight into their transaction details, roadmaps, documents, and comments.

J) Recently Viewed Transactions

Displays the transactions you recently opened for fast navigation.

K) Settings Icon

Customize your Client Portal experience:

  • Scale feature size

  • Adjust font size

  • Switch between Light and Dark Mode

L) Notifications Panel

See threads where you've been @mentioned and reply directly from the panel. You can also jump to the Message Center by clicking this icon.

M) Account Profile Icon

Access your personal settings:

  • Notifications: Disable step notifications or reminders for your account only.

  • Logout of the Client Portal


Agent Perspective

Agents have access to the tools they need to manage communication and track client progress through their transactions.

A) Sidebar Collapse Icon

Hide or expand the left sidebar to give yourself more screen space.

Client Perspective

Clients can view their transaction progress, upload documents, communicate with your team, and stay on top of important updates.

A) Sidebar Collapse Icon

Hide or expand the left sidebar to give yourself more screen space.

B) Message Center

Opens the clientโ€™s Message Center, showing all comment threads theyโ€™re part of.

C) Logout Button

Log out of the Client Portal.

D) Sidebar Collapse Icon

A second option to hide or expand the sidebar (same function as item A).

E) Transactions Section

Clients can see their transaction(s) and click View Transaction to:

  • Follow their roadmaps

  • Upload documents

  • Review comment threads

F) Settings Icon

Personalize the Portal appearance:

  • Resize features

  • Adjust fonts

  • Toggle Light/Dark Mode

G) Notifications Panel

Shows all @mentions and allows clients to reply directly. They can also open the Message Center by clicking this icon.

H) Logout Button

Another place to log out of the Client Portal.
