You can embed YouTube videos in a roadmap step in Client Portal. However, you need to enter in the video's ID and not the full URL.

To find a YouTube video's ID, do the following:

1. Go to YouTube and find a video that you want to include in a step.

2. Locate the URL at the top of the screen.

3. Copy and paste everything AFTER the equal sign.
