Duplicate transactions can occur. Sisu makes it simple to merge your duplicate records, while making sure that critical transaction values are retained with the real transaction.

1. Go to Transactions > Transactions. This opens the Transactions screen.

2. Click the checkboxes of the two records you would like to merge.

3. Click the Bulk Edit button. This makes the Bulk Edit Transactions window appear.

4. Select the Merge Transactions option.

5. Select the transaction that you would like to retain after the merge is complete.

⚠️ Important Note

The transaction you select will be retained, while the other transaction will be permanently deleted.

6. Compare both sets of data and select the data that you would like to merge into the retained transaction.

7. When finished, click the Save Changes button at the bottom.

8. In the confirmation pop-up, click Yes. The transaction that is retained will now include all the information that you chose to merge. The duplicate transaction is permanently deleted and cannot be restored.
