Packets allow users to bundle multiple documents together and send them in a single email, streamlining the signing process for both senders and recipients.

Creating SisuSign Packet Templates In Admin > Esign Templates
To access SisuSign and create your Packet Templates, navigate to Admin > SisuSign > Esign Templates. From this page, select Packet Templates at the top.
Click the Create Packet button 
in the upper, right corner of the page.
Complete the following fields:
Name: Give the packet a name that will help you quickly identify this packet on relevant transactions.
Transaction Type:
All: You'll be able to assign this template to every transaction.
Buyer: You'll only be able to assign this template to Buyer type transactions.
Seller: You'll only be able to assign this template to Seller type transactions.
In the Select Templates section, click to drag and drop templates from the Available Templates section on the left to your Selected Templates on the right. You can also utilize the icons in the middle to move templates to and from your packet.
If no templates are available to select, it means you haven’t created any yet. For instructions on how to create your templates check out this KB article. 📙
Click the Create Packet button 
to create your new packet.

Creating SisuSign Packets Within A Transaction
⚠️ Please note: Packets created within a specific transaction cannot be used in other transactions and will not appear in Admin > SisuSign.
To create a Packet from within a transaction, navigate to the transaction and click the SisuSign tab from the transaction toolbar at the top.
Click the Create Packet button 
in the upper, right corner of the page.
In the Name field, enter what you'd like to call this packet.
In the Select Templates section, click to drag and drop templates from the Available Templates section on the left to your Selected Templates on the right. You can also utilize the icons in the middle to move templates to and from your packet.

Click the Create Packet button to create your new packet.
