Accessing and Using the Team Library
To access the Team Library, navigate to Account > Team Library.
From here, you can manage and interact with your team’s shared documents in one place. The Team Library is designed to give your team quick, reliable access to the resources they use most, without needing to switch between platforms.
Depending on your permissions, you can:
Upload files to share important resources with your team
View documents directly within the platform
Download files for offline use
Archive documents to remove outdated files from active view while keeping them stored
By centralizing your team’s documents, the Team Library helps reduce confusion, eliminate duplicate storage, and ensure everyone is working from the most up-to-date materials.
User Permissions
Access to the Team Library varies by user role.
Admins & TCs:
Can upload documents
Can view and download documents
Can archive and manage files
Agents & ISAs:
Can view and download active documents
Cannot upload documents
Cannot archive documents
Cannot view archived documents
Supported File Types and Limits
File type: PDF (image support coming soon)
Maximum file size: 50MB per file
This file size limit makes it easier to store larger, more comprehensive resources without needing to split files or use external storage.
Custom Content Section
At the top of the Team Library, Admin and TC users have access to a customizable content section. This area can be edited to display important information for your team.
To edit this section:
Navigate to Account > Team Library
Click Edit Content
Add or update the text as needed
This section is fully flexible and can be used to communicate anything your team needs to see alongside shared documents.
Teams often use this section to:
Share announcements or updates
Provide instructions or guidelines for using the Team Library
Highlight key documents or resources
Outline team processes or expectations
Add onboarding or training notes for new team members
Because this content appears at the top of the page, it’s a great place to surface important information and ensure your team always has the right context when accessing shared resources.
