The information in this article is intended for Admin and TC users within Sisu.
This guide walks you step-by-step through setting up the Sure Send integration in Sisu. Follow each section in order to ensure everything is configured correctly.

Required Prerequisites
Complete these two steps before turning on the integration.
Login As Sure Send Account Owner
You must log into Sure Send as the Owner account (not just an admin).
The integration will not work with an admin-only login.Match Sure Send Users to Sisu Users
The integration matches users based on name and email. If a Sure Send user does not match a user in Sisu:
They will not be mapped.
Their data will not sync via the integration.
Before proceeding, confirm that your users exist in Sisu, and the user names and emails match in both systems.
Part 1: Generate Your Sure Send API Key
Login to Sure Send as the account owner.
Navigate to Settings.
Under the Integrations & API section, select API Tokens.
Click the New Token button to generate an API key.
Give the token a name that includes "Sisu" so it's easily identifiable.
In the Scope, select Team.
Leave the Expiration Date empty.
Click Create Token.
Copy the API key. You'll need it in part 2.
Part 2: Connect Sure Send to Sisu
Login to Sisu as an Admin or TC user.
Navigate to Admin > Integration Hub.
Select the Sure Send tile.
Click the Configure button.

In the Sure Send OWNER API Key field, paste your Sure Send API Key.
Click Next.

β Activity Configuration
In the Sisu Activities Dashboard section, configure the following settings:
Sync Sure Send Lead Activities - Enable if you'd like Sure Send call notes, general notes, email, and text activity to increment in Sisu.
Sync Sure Send New Lead Activity - Enable if you'd like to increment the Sure Send Leads activity in Sisu when new leads added to Sure Send.
Track Inbound Calls - Enable if you'd like to increment the Conversations activity in Sisu when inbound calls are made in Sure Send.
Allow Activities From Stages - Click the Add Value button
to select which Sure Send stages should sync activities to Sisu. Activities completed on leads in stages that are not selected here will not count toward Sisu activity totals.
In the Sisu Lead Source Counts & Expenses section, configure the following settings:
Increment New Lead Source Total - Enable if you'd like to increment Lead Source counts in Sisu when new leads added in Sure Send.
In the Transactions section, configure the following settings:
Create Sisu Transactions from Sure Send Appointments - Enable if you'd like a Sisu transaction created when an appointment is set in Sure Send.
Create Sure Send Labels as Sisu Tags - Enable if you'd like to auto-create Sure Send labels in Sisu as Tags.
Buyer Transaction Stages - Click the Add Value button
to select which Buyer transaction stages to track between Sure Send and Sisu.Seller Transaction Stages - Click the Add Value button
to select which Seller transaction stages to track between Sure Send and Sisu.
Click Next.

Sisu Transaction Fields to Sync - Click the Add Value button
to choose which Sisu transaction fields should sync to Sure Send. Synced fields make additional transaction details available within Sure Send and can be used to power workflow automations and triggers.Click Finish
to activate the integration. π
