Setting a Default TC

The information in this article is accessible only by Admin and TC users in Sisu.

The Default Transaction Coordinator (TC) setting allows you to automatically assign a Transaction Coordinator to newly created transactions. If a TC is not selected when a transaction is created, Sisu will automatically assign the default TC you've configured.

Setting a Default TC

If a user is selected as the Default TC they will automatically be assigned to any new transaction where a TC has not already been selected.

To select a default TC, follow these steps:

  1. From the dropdown, select the user you want to assign by default.

    • Users in the Admin or TC role will appear as selectable users.

  2. Click Update.

  • The assigned Transaction Coordinator can be changed at any time within an individual transaction.

  • If Task List(s) are applied to the transaction, and tasks assigned to the TC are included in the Task List(s), the default Transaction Coordinator will automatically be assigned to those tasks.
