⚠️ Important Note!
Client roadmaps are created when you assign templates to transactions. Since client roadmaps are not linked to the templates that were used to create them, deleting a template does not remove any client roadmaps from transactions.
If you want to remove roadmaps from transactions, follow the steps outlined in this article from our Knowledge Base.
To delete a roadmap template, do the following:
In Client Portal, click Roadmap Builder in the left sidebar.
Click on a roadmap template in the Roadmaps section.
Click the More Options icon.
Select Delete Template.
In the pop-up, click Yes.
