Removing Roadmaps from a Single Transaction

  1. In Sisu, go to Transactions > Transactions. This opens the Transactions screen.

  2. Click in-line with a transaction to open it.

  3. Click the Client Portal tab.

  4. Click a template in the Assigned Roadmaps column and then click the left arrow. This removes the roadmap from Client Portal. The roadmap will no longer be visible to the client.

Removing Roadmaps from Multiple Transactions

1. Go to client.sisu.co/auth/login and log into Client Portal. The Dashboard opens by default.

2. In the Transactions section of the Dashboard, use the search bar to find a transaction. You can enter one of the following client details to pull up the transaction:

  • name

  • email

  • phone number

  • address

3. Click the checkboxes on the left to select multiple transactions.

ℹ️ Note

If you want to select all transactions, click the checkbox in the header next to ID.

4. Click the Select Roadmap Templates drop-down, and click the checkboxes of the roadmaps you want to remove. (The box should be checked for each roadmap you want to remove.)

5. Click the Remove button that is to the right of the Select Roadmap Templates drop-down.
