Editing, Deleting & Duplicating Task Lists

This article provides steps on how Admin/TC users can edit, delete and duplicate Task Lists.

The information in this article is accessible only by Admin and TC users in Sisu.

This article explains how to manage your Task Lists, including editing details, adding or removing tasks, deleting unwanted lists, and duplicating existing lists. These tools help you keep your Task Lists organized and tailored to your team’s workflows while ensuring that tasks already applied to transactions remain unaffected.

Editing A Task List

To edit a Task List name, description, applicable transaction type(s), trigger or add tasks to the list follow the steps below.

  1. From the right side of the Task List you'd like to edit click the ellipsis icon.

  2. Select Edit from the dropdown menu.

  3. Make any desired changes.

  4. Click the Update button to save your changes.

ℹ️ Note: Task Lists currently applied to transactions will not be updated.


Removing Tasks From A Task List

To remove Tasks from a Task List follow the steps below.

  1. From the right side of the Task List you'd like to edit click the ellipsis icon.

  2. Select Manage Tasks from the dropdown menu.

  3. Click the X to the right of the Task you'd like to remove from the Task List.

ℹ️ Note: Task currently applied to transactions will not be removed.


Deleting A Task List

Did you create a Task List by accident, or have a Task List you're no longer using? No worries! To delete a Task List follow these steps:

  1. From the right side of the Task List you'd like to edit click the ellipsis icon.

  2. Select Remove from the dropdown menu.

ℹ️ Note: Task currently applied to transactions will not be deleted.


Duplicating A Task List

Do you have an existing Task List you'd like to use as a base for creating a new, similar Task List? Great! We have just the functionality to save you time.

To duplicate a Task List follow these steps:

  1. From the right side of the Task List you'd like to edit click the ellipsis icon.

  2. Select Duplicate from the dropdown menu.

  3. The duplicated Task List will include '(copy)' in the title.
