This article explains how to manage your Tasks, including editing details, deleting Tasks, and removing Tasks from a Task List. These actions help you keep your Tasks and Task Lists organized, while ensuring that any Tasks already applied to transactions remain unaffected.

Editing A Task
Navigate to Admin > Tasks > Edit Tasks.
From the right side of the Task you'd like to edit click the pencil button
.
💡 Note: You can utilize the search bar to quickly find your Task!
Make any desired changes.
Click the Update button
to save your changes.
ℹ️ Note: Tasks currently applied to transactions will not be updated.
Deleting A Task
Navigate to Admin > Tasks > Edit Tasks.
From the right side of the Task you'd like to delete click the X button
.
💡 Note: You can utilize the search bar to quickly find your Task!
In the pop-up, click Yes
to confirm you'd like to Delete the Task.
ℹ️ Note: Tasks currently applied to transactions will not be removed.
Removing Tasks From A Task List
Navigate to Admin > Tasks > Task Lists.
From the right side of the Task List you'd like to edit click the ellipsis
icon.
Select Manage Tasks from the dropdown menu.
Click the X button
to the right of the Task you'd like to remove.
ℹ️ Note: This will not delete the Task, only remove it from the Task List.
ℹ️ Note: Tasks currently applied to transactions will not be removed.
