Editing, Deleting & Removing Tasks

This article provides steps on how Admin/TC users can edit and delete Tasks.

The information in this article is accessible only by Admin and TC users in Sisu.

This article explains how to manage your Tasks, including editing details, deleting Tasks, and removing Tasks from a Task List. These actions help you keep your Tasks and Task Lists organized, while ensuring that any Tasks already applied to transactions remain unaffected.

Editing A Task

  1. From the right side of the Task you'd like to edit click the pencil button .

    💡 Note: You can utilize the search bar to quickly find your Task!

  2. Make any desired changes.

  3. Click the Update button to save your changes.

ℹ️ Note: Tasks currently applied to transactions will not be updated.


Deleting A Task

  1. From the right side of the Task you'd like to delete click the X button .

    💡 Note: You can utilize the search bar to quickly find your Task!

  2. In the pop-up, click Yes to confirm you'd like to Delete the Task.

ℹ️ Note: Tasks currently applied to transactions will not be removed.


Removing Tasks From A Task List

  1. From the right side of the Task List you'd like to edit click the ellipsis icon.

  2. Select Manage Tasks from the dropdown menu.

  3. Click the X button to the right of the Task you'd like to remove.
    ℹ️ Note: This will not delete the Task, only remove it from the Task List.

ℹ️ Note: Tasks currently applied to transactions will not be removed.
