The information in this article is accessible only by Admin and TC users in Sisu.

The section at the top of the report helps you understand how different Lead Sources are performing as they move through the sales pipeline. You can see which Lead Sources are progressing smoothly and which ones are getting stuck at certain statuses. By analyzing the status of transactions linked to each Lead Source, you can identify where delays or bottlenecks occur. This insight helps in understanding which stages may need attention or improvement.

โ„น๏ธ Please Note: This report uses the date fields that progress transactions through various statuses in Sisu (e.g., "1st Time Appt Set," "Signed Date," "Under Contract Date"). If none of these important date fields are filled out, you can get negative numbers in your reports. This is especially important to remember when importing historical transactions.

The lower section of the report shows how many days (minimum, maximum and average) it took for transactions tied to specific Lead Sources to progress from Lead Date to Closed Settlement Date.

Days from Lead to Closing for Lead Sources

Here's what each metric means in the bottom section of this report:

  • Minimum Days: The shortest time taken for transactions from a specific Lead Source to move from Lead Date to Closed Settlement Date.

  • Maximum Days: The longest time taken for transactions from a specific Lead Source to complete the journey from Lead Date to Closed Settlement Date.

  • Average Days: The average time taken for transactions from a specific Lead Source to progress from Lead Date to Closed Settlement Date.

These metrics provide a clear picture of how efficiently transactions are handled depending on their Lead Source. By leveraging this data, you can optimize your sales strategies, focus on improving areas where delays are frequent, and ultimately enhance the overall sales process.

โ„น๏ธ Please Note: If a transaction has a Closed Settlement Date but does not have a Lead Date the report will calculate based on the transaction's Created Date instead.
