The Lead Source ROI by Agent report lines all of your Lead Sources up side by side to see what your ROI is on each Lead Source. It essentially flips the x-axis and y-axis for the Lead Source ROI by Lead Source report.

🔸 Please Note:

You cannot compare the Lead Source ROI reports in Classic and Next as the data is pulled in a different way. In Classic you are seeing a snapshot of transactions that went into any one of the statuses within the date range selected. In Next you'll only see transactions that went into the Appt Set status within the date range selected and how those specific transactions progressed.

Also, only Closed transactions apply towards your ROI.

Topics in this article:

Filtering The Report

There are several filtering options available at the top of the report allowing you to view the exact data you're looking for.

  • Date Range Customization: Easily adjust the date range at the top of the report to focus on a specific timeframe -

  • Report Filter: The same transaction filtering options currently available on the Transaction Page are also available within this report. To utilize these filters click the Report Filter button found in the upper, right hand corner of the report.

If selecting to view your team's data as a whole (by selecting your team in the user scope) the report then calculates data based on the Total Lead Count.

If selecting to view an individual Agent (by selecting that Agent in the user scope) the report then calculates data based on the At Bats total, and the Total Leads column is no longer visible on the report.

Counts & Expenses

In order for us to effectively capture the ROI, you must make sure that you go to Admin > Lead Sources > Counts and Expenses (currently only available in Classic) each month and enter the Expense, Total Lead Count and Agent At Bat Counts. Once you have done this, you will be able to drill down and view this information at an agent level for any month or year.

At Bats

The At Bat column counts all the leads from specific Lead Sources that were distributed to Agents. Since the same lead can be distributed to multiple Agents, the At Bat number of leads won’t always match the Total Lead Count.

ROI Percentage

We calculate ROI percentage using the following equation: ((Net Team GCI - Expenses) / Expenses)*100. When the ROI percentage is below 100%, the number should be red. Above 100% means you're making money, while below 100% means you're losing money.

Cost Per Lead

The Cost Per Lead tile calculates data based on who is selected in the user scope. If the team has been selected in the scope then this tile will calculate by dividing the Expense by the Total Lead count (found in Admin > Lead Sources > Counts & Expenses, currently only available in Classic). If an individual agent is selected in the scope then this tile will calculate by dividing the Expense by the At Bat total.

Graphs & Pie Charts

As you scroll down the report you'll encounter several additional visual elements that provide deeper insights. These include:

  • The Lead Source GCI & Expense bar graph provides a visual comparing the GCI earned for a specific Lead Source vs. the Expense of that same source within the date range you're viewing in the report.

  • The Expense Percent pie chart provides a visual representation of how much Expense went towards each Lead Source within the date range you're viewing.

  • The GCI Percent pie chart provides a visual representation of how much GCI was earned from each Lead Source within the date range you're viewing.
