Inviting A Secondary Client To The Client Portal

If you have a secondary client who needs access to the Client Portal follow these 6 steps to quickly grant your client access.

1. Ensure sure you've added the following fields to at least one of your forms:

  • Second Contact Name

  • Second Contact Email

  • Second Contact Phone

If these fields aren't accurately filled in, the second contact won't be able to log in.

2. Next, navigate to the Transactions Page.

3. Click in-line with a transaction to open it.

4. Click the Client Portal tab at the top of the transaction.

5. Scroll down to the Send Invite section. You'll see a field for each contact on the transaction.

6. Click the Send button to send the Invite. πŸ’₯
