The information in this article is intended for Admin and TC users within Sisu.
This guide walks you step-by-step through setting up the Follow Up Boss (FUB) integration in Sisu. Follow each section in order to ensure everything is configured correctly.

Required Prerequisites
Complete these two steps before turning on the integration.
Login As FUB Account Owner
You must log into FUB as the Owner account (not just an admin).
The integration will not work with an admin-only login.Match FUB Users to Sisu Users
The integration matches users based on name and email. If a FUB user does not match a user in Sisu:
They will not be mapped.
Their data will not sync via the integration.
Before proceeding, confirm that your users exist in Sisu, and the user names and emails match in both systems.
Part 1: Generate Your FUB API Key
Log into FUB as the Account Owner.
Click Admin in the top toolbar.
Scroll to Integrations and select API Keys & Lead Email.
Click Create API Key.
Name the key "Sisu FUB Integration" to ensure it's easily identifiable.
Click Create API Key.
Copy the API key and paste it somewhere secure. You’ll need it in Part 2.👇
Part 2: Connect FUB to Sisu
→ Configuration
In Sisu, navigate to Admin > Integration Hub.
Click the Follow Up Boss tile.
Paste your FUB API key into the API Key field.
No action needs to be taken in the Sisu Connection section.
Scroll down to the Activity Settings section and configure the following settings:
💡 Please note: Toggle a setting to green
to enable.Sync Follow Up Boss Activities to Sisu - Enable if you'd like calls, emails, texts, and other FUB activities to increment Sisu activities.
Count Conversations Based Off of Call Length - Enable if you want FUB dialer calls to increment the Conversations activity in Sisu.
Conversation Call Length (seconds) - If the above setting is enabled, only calls longer than the number entered here will increment the Conversations activity in Sisu.
Count All Call Logs as Sisu Conversations - Enable if you'd like manually logged calls in FUB to increment the Conversations activity in Sisu.
Calls marked as Bad Number, Voicemail and Left Message are excluded.
Track Inbound Calls - Enable if you'd like each inbound call tied to a FUB lead to increment the Follow Up Boss Inbound Calls activity in Sisu.
Inbound calls do not increment the Follow Up Boss Calls or Number of Dials activities in Sisu.
If the inbound number is not tied to a FUB contact, it will not count.
In the Transaction Settings section, configure the following settings:
Sync Transactions from Follow Up Boss to Sisu - Enable if you'd like a Sisu transaction created/updated when a FUB deal is created/updated.
Buyer Transaction Stages to Track - If the above setting is enabled, choose which FUB Buyer Stages will create/update Sisu transactions.
Pending and Closed are included by default.
Seller Transaction Stages to Track - Choose which FUB Seller Stages will create/update Sisu transactions.
Pending and Closed are included by default.
Create Sisu Transactions from FUB Appointments - Enable if you'd like an appointment in FUB to create an Appt Set transaction in Sisu.
A corresponding FUB deal is also created.
Seller note: The contact’s address automatically syncs into the Sisu transaction (even if not on the deal card).
Ignore Updates From Follow Up Boss After Sisu Transaction Status - This setting is useful when Sisu becomes your primary workflow system during the transaction process. If enabled, when a Sisu transaction reaches your selected status:
Updates made in the FUB lead will not update the Sisu transaction.
Updates made in the Sisu transaction will update the lead in FUB.
Ignore Updates After Sisu Status - If the above setting is enabled, specify the status that determines when FUB updates are ignored.
Sync Commission Info From the Follow Up Boss Deal Card to the Sisu Transaction - Enable if you'd like the amounts in the following fields to sync:
FUB Commission (from deal card) → Sisu GCI
FUB Agent Split (from deal card) → Sisu Gross Agent(s) Paid Income
In the Lead Source section, configure the following settings:
Add New Leads to Lead Source Count Report - If enabled, leads created in FUB will increase the Lead Count and At Bats count in Admin > Lead Sources > Counts & Expenses.
Count Pond Activity Towards At Bats - When enabled, if a new lead is assigned to a FUB pond then the lead agent's At Bat count will increase in Sisu.
Click Next.
→ Activity Stages
Allow Activities From Stages - This setting controls which Follow Up Boss deal stages are allowed to send activity data to Sisu. When this setting is configured, Sisu will only increment Activities if the FUB deal is currently in a selected stage.
You have three options:
All - Track activities in every stage.
None - Do not track activities at all.
Specific Stages - Add individual stages by clicking Add Value.
Click the trash icon to remove a stage. 
⚠️ Please note: If you do not select All the activity counts in Sisu vs. FUB will likely not match, since Sisu will only count activity in selected stages.
Click Next.
→ Transaction Forms
Linked Transaction Forms - This allows you to add direct links to Sisu forms on FUB deal cards for quick access. To add a form click Add Value.
Click the trash icon to remove a form. 
💡 Recommendation: Keep the number of linked forms minimal.
Buyer forms appear only on buyer deals.
Seller forms appear only on seller deals.
Click Next.
→ Transaction Fields
Sisu Transaction Fields To Sync - This setting allows you to choose which Sisu transaction fields appear and sync on the FUB deal card. To add a field click Add Value.
Click the trash icon to remove a field. 
⚠️ Please note:
Only fields that currently exist on at least one Sisu form will be selectable.
Vendor fields are not available for selection.
Multiple Select fields are not available for selection.
This feature is not meant to replace Sisu forms. It is designed to provide a short, focused list of key fields that agents can quickly update from the deal card.
Do not edit the field names in FUB. This will break the integration.

Forecasted Close Date
Click Finish to activate the integration. 🚀
Post-Setup Information
Please note the following items after activating the integration:
FUB Pipelines Stages
Once enabled, two pipelines are automatically created in Follow Up Boss:
Sisu Buyers
Sisu Sellers
⚠️ Do not rename these pipeline stages. Renaming them will break the integration.
⚠️ Any non-integration stages added to this pipeline will be automatically removed by the integration.
“Follow Up Boss Contact URL” Form Field
After enabling the integration, you can add the Follow Up Boss Contact URL field to a Sisu form. This allows agents to instantly navigate to the linked FUB lead from within Sisu.

Ignore Close Date
If you don't want the integration to sync the Close Date from the FUB deal card into the Closed (Settlement) Date field in Sisu, an internal setting can be enabled to prevent this. To request this, please reach out to our Customer Success team via the chat bubble in Sisu .💬
