Open the transaction and enter a date in the Under Contract Date field.
This field may appear on different forms but is commonly found on the Transaction Overview form.Click Update (Classic) or Save Changes (Next) at the bottom of the form.
Once saved, a transaction will appear in the associated Lead Profile in BoomTown.
Troubleshooting
If a BoomTown transaction is not created after updating the Under Contract date in Sisu, review the following:
Confirm the Required Configuration Setting
Verify the Create a BoomTown transaction from a Sisu transaction setting is enabled in your BoomTown integration.
If this setting is disabled, Sisu will not push transaction data back to BoomTown.
Verify the Transaction Originated from BoomTown
The Sisu transaction must have been originally created from BoomTown.
Transactions created manually in Sisu or from another integration will not generate a BoomTown transaction.
Verify the Under Contract Date Was Saved
Confirm a valid date was entered in the Under Contract Date field.
Make sure you clicked Update (Classic) or Save Changes (Next) at the bottom of the form.
Confirm User Matching Between Systems
The agent associated with the transaction must exist in both Sisu and BoomTown active user rosters.
User email addresses should match exactly between the two systems to ensure proper user mapping.
Allow Time for Syncing
In some cases, it may take a short amount of time for the transaction to appear in BoomTown after the update is saved.
Still Not Working?
If youโve confirmed all of the above and the transaction still does not appear in BoomTown, send us a message in the chat bubble within Sisu. ๐ฌ Our team can review the integration and help identify the issue.
