Transaction Page Overview

Written by Kayla Latta

The Transactions Page is your central hub for viewing and managing transaction data in Sisu. To access it, navigate to Transactions > Transactions.

From this page, you can view transaction details, analyze performance metrics, filter data, download reports, and access transaction-specific actions. As you adjust the transactions displayed on the page, the summary tiles at the top automatically update to reflect the filtered results.

Topics in this article:

Summary Tiles

At the top of the Transactions Page, summary tiles provide a high-level snapshot of your transaction data. These tiles automatically update based on any applied search, filters, or sorting on the page.

  • Count - Displays the number of transactions currently shown on the page based on applied filters.

  • Total Volume - Calculated from the values entered in the Transaction Amount form field. This field can also be found on the Commission Form.

  • Total GCI - Calculated from values entered in the GCI form field. This field can also be found on the Commission Form.

  • Gross Recruiter Paid Income - Calculated from values entered in the Gross Agent Paid Income form field. This field can also be found on the Commission Form.

β†’ Minimizing Summary Tiles

You can minimize the summary tiles to expand your workspace and view more transaction data on screen by clicking the minimize tiles icon in the upper-right corner of the Transactions Page.

When minimized, the left navigation menu will also collapse to further increase visible workspace. This setting persists even after leaving the page, so your view preference will remain applied the next time you return. To restore the tiles and navigation menu, click the icon again.

User Role Visibility

The transactions visible on this page depend on your user role:

  • Agent & ISA - Can only their own transactions.

  • Admin & TC - Can view all team transactions.

Filters & Features

The Transactions Page includes several tools that help you find, organize, customize, and export your data.

  • Search Bar - Use the Search bar to quickly locate transactions. As search results change, the summary tiles update automatically to reflect only the transactions currently displayed.

  • Form Selector - Determines which fields are available as columns. For example, if Transaction Overview form is selected, the page displays columns based on the fields included in the Transaction Overview form.

  • Choose Visible Columns - Use the dropdown to show or hide individual columns.

  • Reset - Click the Reset icon to clear current search results, transaction filters and column sorting. This returns the page to its default view.

  • Download - Use the Download icon on the right side of the page to export the currently displayed transaction data to a spreadsheet.

  • Filter Transactions - Click the Filter icon to narrow down the transactions displayed on the page. Filters allow you to focus on specific transaction groups while automatically updating the summary tiles at the top of the page. For more information, see the How do I filter the Transactions Page? article. πŸ“™

  • Sort Transactions - Click any column header to sort transactions in ascending or descending order. For example, sorting the Created column in descending order displays the newest transactions first.
