New Features

New and Improved Goals Functionality

The ability to set goals is now available in Sisu NEXT! We took the functionality in Classic and reworked it to make goal setting for individuals and teams alike simpler and more customizable. Here are a few new features to get excited about:

  • The goal calculator and goals are on the same screen.

  • Production and Activity goals are in their own respective tables.

  • There's a new toggle slider that instantly adjusts your goals to account for desired growth.

  • The new auto-adjust feature can automatically adjust a month's goals as you make small changes to a single goal.

    • This feature can be enabled or disabled as needed

Prepare for the new year by setting some goals today!

--Where do I go to set goals?--

In Sisu NEXT, go to Account > Goals.

New "Mark all as read" and "Archive all" Options Are Added to the Message Center

You can now mark all messages and comments as "read" with the click of a button. We've also added the ability to archive all messages and comments as well.

--Where do I find these new options?--

1. In the sidebar on the left, click "Message Center."

2. At the top, click the options icon. This reveals the new options.

You Can Now Print a Transaction's List of Vendors

When in a transaction, you can now print the Services tab, which contains a list of vendors and their information. This functionality existed in Classic, and now we're adding it to NEXT.

--How do I print the Services tab?--

1. Go to Transactions > Transactions.

2. Click in-line with a transaction to open it.

3. Click the "Services" tab at the top of the screen.

4. Click the "Print" button at the top to print the list of services.

Bug Fixes

Internal Employee Note: Each bug fix in this section includes relevant ticket numbers so you can reference an original ticket if you need to.

  • Agents were able to view other agents' transactions when viewing the Transaction Stages Board. We've fixed this so agents will only see their own transactions. (9461)

  • Users with "0" results weren't being included on Leaderboards, even though the team setting "Show agents with zeros in leaderboards and challenges" was enabled. We've fixed this so that the Leaderboards honor the setting. (9442)

  • The YTD Dashboard was previously showing 2 tiles labeled "Net Agent Paid Income." We've renamed 1 of the 2 tiles to "Net Agent Paid Income Pending." (9390)

  • Agents weren't able to view Leaderboards on the Team Dashboard. We fixed this. Agents should be able to see Leaderboards on the Team Dashboard if the following are true:

    • The team setting "Show leaderboards on the team dashboard" is set to "Enabled."

    • The team view restriction "User view of Team Dashboard” is set to "Displaying."

Goals

We've been working hard to bring Goals to Sisu NEXT! Be on the lookout over the next couple sprints for new and improved Goals functionality in NEXT. It's almost done!

New Features

New Mobile App for Sisu NEXT

If you need to use Sisu on the go, download our mobile app so you can access your Dashboard, your transactions, your reports, and your data at any time. The mobile app is available in both the Apple Store (iOS) and the Play Store (Android).

The app is specifically for accessing Sisu NEXT, the newest and fastest version of Sisu. If you don't have access to Sisu NEXT, email Kaela at [email protected] to learn more about how to get access.

--Where can I find quick links to the apps?--

1. On your phone, go to sisu.co/onboarding.

2. The 2 quick links are at the top of the Onboarding page. Click whichever applies to you and the store you need to access.

Bug Fixes

Internal Employee Note: Each bug fix in this section includes relevant ticket numbers so you can reference an original ticket if you need to.

  • When a user sends a Direct Message, the recipient also receives an email. Previously, when the recipient clicked the link in the email, they were redirected back to the Message Center instead of the corresponding comment thread. We've fixed this. (9365)

  • The "Include Lost" checkbox in the Transaction Filter wasn't showing Lost transactions on the Transactions screen as it should. We've fixed this. (7100)

Note: Anytime you want to filter for Lost transactions, make sure this box is checked.

  • You'll be able to search for a contact and see all the contact's information in one place: the Contact Detail Page.

  • You'll be able to add and track Sisu Activities from the Contact Detail Page.

  • You'll be able to see which Activities came from your CRM and which were added manually in Sisu.

  • Lead source information will be available.

  • Client Portal status (if the invite was sent, amount of logins, last login, etc.) will be available.

  • You'll see all associated transactions.

  • You'll have the ability to create a new transaction.

--Where will I see the Contact tab?--

The Contact tab will appear in the list of navigational sidetabs on the left side of the screen.

New Features

We've Added a Forecasted Line to the Annualized Graphs on the Snapshot

Recently, we added an "annualized growth" view to the Snapshot graphs. Now, we've added a "Forecasted" line to these annualized graphs.

--How do I see annualized growth graphs on the Snapshot?--

For more information about these graphs, check out this feature's description from last sprint's release notes.

Improvements

We Renamed the Transaction Form

We've decided to rename the Transaction Form to Transaction Overview to give it some added clarity. The Transaction Overview functions similarly to the forms you create in Sisu (which is why it was called a form for so long), but at the same time, it's different than user-created forms. You can't delete it, change its name, or restrict it from view. It also might not correspond to one of your team's actual forms. It's just a place to house basic transaction information, hence the name change to "overview."

Bug Fixes

Internal Employee Note: Each bug fix in this section includes relevant ticket numbers so you can reference an original ticket if you need to.

  • We fixed a bug allowing agents and ISAs to edit locked transactions. (9240)

When we add the Admin tab to NEXT, admins and TCs will be able to rename the Team Dashboard and Personal Dashboard.

New Features

Direct Messages (DMs) and the Message Center

In Sisu NEXT, you can now send DMs to other users and other groups of users. DMs are only visible to the recipient(s) of the message. You can use the Notifications panel to see DMs or you can go to the Message Center.

📖 Note

For more information about how DMs work in Sisu NEXT, check out this article in our Knowledge Base.

--How do I see DMs in the Notifications panel?--

1. Click the bell icon in the top-right corner.

2. The "Direct Messages" tab is selected by default.

--How do I get to the Message Center?--

Click the "Message Center" tab on the left side of the screen.

We've Added Annualized Growth to Snapshot Graphs

Now when viewing the graphs on the Snapshot, you can see annualized growth at a glance. At the top of the graph section, click the "Annually" button.

In the annual view, the line graphs show month-over-month aggregated data. So for example, if monthly numbers were 10 for January, 10 for February, and 10 for March of 2021, the annualized growth graph would show 10, 20, and 30 for those first 3 months in 2021. If the line is climbing, you're growing from month to month.

The percents next to the years show the percentage of growth from one year to the next. If there was growth, the percent will be positive and the numbers will be green. If there was no growth, the percent will be negative and the numbers will be red.

--How do I get to the Snapshot screen?--

Click the "Snapshot" tab on the left side of the screen.

Improvements

We Added the "Payment Details" Column to the Transactions Screen

In Classic, the Transactions screen showed a Payment Details column. You could click the "View" link to open a pop-up with the payment breakdown from the transaction. We're adding this same column to the Transactions screen in NEXT.

--How do I get to the Transactions screen?--

Go to Transactions > Transactions.

We've Added the Ability to Pin Tiles to the Top of the Task Board

New Picker UI Added for Assigning Roadmaps in a Transaction

On the left are available roadmap templates. Click on a template and click the right arrow to add a new roadmap to the transaction. Each template is marked with "All," Buy," or "Sell" so you know which templates are buyer or seller specific.

--How do I Add a New Roadmap to a Transaction?--

1. Go to Transactions > Transactions. This opens the Transaction screen.

2. Click in-line with a transaction to open it.

3. Click the Client Portal tab.

4. Use the picker to move templates over to the Assigned Roadmaps column.

Bug Fixes

Internal Employee Note: Each bug fix in this section includes relevant ticket numbers so you can reference an original ticket if you need to.

  • We fixed a bug that was changing the primary agent on a transaction whenever a user moved the corresponding tile across the Transaction Stages Board or the Transaction Statuses Board. (9100)

  • We fixed a bug that prevented agents from using the "Share Form Data" button in transactions. (9078)

  • We found that when task lists were being applied to transactions, they were getting out of order. We've fixed this. (9032)

We've Added Font Weight Customization

You can now choose between 3 font weights in Sisu NEXT. This allows you to apply bolding to general text if you choose.

2. Under Font Weight, you can select any of the 3 weights.

New Link to the Sisu NEXT Knowledge Base

Transaction Screen Spreadsheet Now Contains the "Created By" Date

Currently, you can download a spreadsheet of the Transactions screen. We've added a "Created By" column to this spreadsheet so that admins can easily see when each transaction was added to Sisu.

--How do I download a spreadsheet of the Transactions screen?--

1. Go to Transactions > Transactions.

2. If desired, click the funnel icon on the right side of the screen, and apply any filters.

3. Click the download icon to download a spreadsheet of all the transactions currently on the Transactions screen.

Improvements

Transaction Statuses Board Update

Previously, there was a Pending column and an Under Contract column on the Transaction Statuses Board. We've removed the Under Contract column and combined its cards into the Pending column, since Pending is the name of the status that transactions are assigned when under contract.

--Where can I access the Transaction Statuses Board?--

Go to Transactions > Transaction Statuses Board.
