New features:

New Features

Ability To Scroll Through Transactions Within Individual Transaction View

We've added the ability to scroll through transactions while you're already viewing a transaction. This means you don't need to navigate back to the Transactions Page to navigate through your transactions and make edits, you can simply move from one to the next with just one click!

Here's how:

  1. Navigate to your Transactions Page

  2. Set any desired filters (not required)

  3. Click into any transaction

  4. In the upper right hand corner, click the forward and back arrow icons:

You can also utilize the list icon to quickly jump to a specific transaction:

Listing Price Changes Report

The Listing Price Changes Report is a valuable tool for tracking any price changes made on your live listings. By providing a clear overview of these price changes the report enables better decision making and more strategic planning based on market trends.

📙 For more information on this report please check out the KB article here!

ISA By Agent Report

The ISA by Agent Report is an essential tool for monitoring and evaluating the performance of agents who are handling appointments set by an Inside Sales Agent (ISA). This report provides insights into how effectively agents are progressing leads through various transaction statuses.

📙 For more information on this report please check out the KB article here!

Bug Fixes

  • There was a bug affecting the 'GCI %' and GCI' (calculator) fields that was preventing users from saving any forms these fields were included on. This has been resolved.

  • Selections made in the default settings (found in Account > Default Settings) “Default Form” and “Default Transactions Page Form” were not fully functioning. We fixed this.

Admin & TC Users: Lead Sources by Status Report Now Available

The Lead Sources by Status Report is now available! Admin & TC users can utilize this report to view how your team's Lead Sources are progressing through transaction statuses. This is a great way to see at what status certain Lead Sources are getting held up in the sales process. The lower section of the report shows how many days (minimum, maximum and average) it took for transactions tied to specific Lead Sources to progress from Pipeline to Closed.

Admin & TC Users: Additional Options Available In Admin > Users

We've added a few options (already available in Classic) to the Edit dropdown when editing users in Admin > Users. You can now select the following:

  • Log Activity - utilize this action to record Activities for your agents

  • Change Password - utilize this action to change a user's password on their behalf

  • History - utilize this page to review login history for any user

  • Reassign Transactions - utilize this action to reassign transactions from one agent to another

Improvements

Additional Filter Available On Transaction Stages / Statuses Boards

We've added the ability to select exactly which Stages you'd like to view in both the Transaction Stages Board as well as the Transaction Statuses Board. To do so you'll want to select the Filter icon in the upper, right hand corner of the page. From there you can utilize the Stage Lanes filter (if you're using the Transaction Stages Board) or the Status Lanes filter (if you're using the Transaction Statuses Board). Just check the boxes to the left of any Stages or Statuses you'd like to view. Uncheck the box to the left of any you don't wish to view.

Additional Sorting Functionality Added To Send Queue

You can now sort the Transaction Name and Transaction Address columns within the Sent Queue. This allows for more page customization to view the data you're looking for. To sort columns simply click the column header, as shown here:

Admin & TC Users: Team Scope Auto Selected In Reports

We've updated the user scope within all reports to auto select the Team when logged in as an Admin or TC user. The only report excluded from this update is the Agent Accountability Report as it was built to report data based on individual users.

Bug Fixes

  • Display Mode was not adhering to the scopes selected on the Team/Personal Dashboard. This has been corrected and we have added the option to view Groups and individual users.

  • The data in some custom fields that were almost identical to existing Sisu default fields were appearing as blank. This has been resolved.

  • When downloading transactions into a CSV file from the Transaction Page the Status and Transaction Stage fields rendered as 'Object'. We fixed this.

  • TC users were unable to access various pages located under Admin > Tasks. This has been corrected.

🔸 Note: Saved Filters created in Next will not always be compatible in Classic (ex: Filters using Lead Source Groups are not compatible)

You can now use merge fields in your Task Notification subject lines!

What is a merge field? A merge field can be used to auto-populate data entered into the associated form field.

When sharing forms an additional selection is now available called 'Transaction Email Addresses'. Any email address associated with the transaction (from user selections, email fields or custom email fields) will populate as a recipient selection here.

  • Some users and clients experienced an issue with the OTP code sent while attempting to access the Client Portal. This issue has been resolved.

  • Snapshot Dashboard graph selections were reverting in the mobile app after the user exited or logged out of the app. We fixed this.

New features:

Improvements to existing functionality:

New Features

Lead Source ROI by Lead Source Report

You can access this report by navigating to Reports > Lead Source ROI by Lead Source.

The report lines all of your agents up side by side to see what your ROI is on any particular lead source. It essentially flips the x-axis and y-axis for the Lead Source ROI by Agent report. In order for us to effectively capture this, you MUST make sure that you go to Admin > Lead Sources > Counts and Expenses each month and enter the Expense, Total Lead Count, and Agent Lead Counts.

❗️Currently Lead Source Counts and Expenses is not yet available in Next. As we are working towards releasing this feature please follow the navigational steps in Sisu Classic. Thank you!

Once you've done this, you will be able to drill down and view this information for all agents for any lead source. This is also presented visually at the bottom of the page.

About ROI Percentage: We calculate ROI percentage using the following equation: ((Net Team GCI - Expenses) / Expenses)*100. When the ROI percentage is below 100%, the number should be red. Above 100% means you're making money, while below 100% means you're losing money.

About the "At Bat" Column: Remember that the At Bat column reflects all leads that an agent had the opportunity to pursue. Since the same lead can be distributed to multiple agents, the At Bat number reflects agent opportunity as opposed to the actual number of leads an agent worked with.

Improvements

Additional Client Portal Customization

We've added some new fields to the team profile (accessible by Admin and TC users) which can be found by navigating to Admin > Team Settings > Profile.

You can now select a Primary Team owner, add a custom label for the Team Owner and the Agent. Selections here will be displayed in the Client Portal.

This is helpful if the MLS rules in your state require that all client facing materials and/or marketing must show the agent as the “Co-Agent” and the team lead as the Agent of record.

Client 'Team Selector' On Client Portal Login Page

When a contact is apart of multiple Sisu teams they will now have the ability to choose the team they're currently working with when logging into the Client Portal.

“Order by Date” Checkbox Added To Client Portal Roadmaps

We've added a checkbox on the Client Portal Roadmaps that allows you to reorder the Roadmap Steps by due date.

Bug Fixes

  • The 'Transaction Stage' column was populating on the Transaction Page even when the 'Include stages in the Transactions screen' preference was disabled. We corrected this.

  • We corrected an isolated issue related to viewing transactions that stemmed from users existing on multiple teams.

  • Leaderboards that were selected as 'Agent Restricted' were still viewable by Agent users. We fixed this.

  • There was an issue with changing the display order of Steps in the Client Portal. We corrected this.

May 8

Improvements to existing functionality:

Improvements

Dashboard Default Date Range ‘This Month’

We changed the default date range to ‘This Month’ for all Dashboards.

Data Is Now Clickable On The CEO Dashboard

Users now have the ability to click data points on the CEO Dashboard, which will route to the associated transactions on the Transaction Page.

*Please note that we have a known issue with the Pending data click throughs. This

is scheduled to be resolved with the next Product Release (appx. 2 weeks).

Updated the ‘Include ROI expenses on the Income Report’ Preference

The preference ‘Include ROI expenses on the Income Report’ has been updated to include the Admin Dashboard.

Additional Formatting Added When Emailing Forms

When a user sends an email from a transaction form, the formatting has been updated to include bold font, bullet points and paragraphs.

Client Portal Roadmap Steps now in Chronological Order

When a Roadmap is applied to a Client in the Client Portal the Roadmap Steps will always appear in chronological order as transaction dates are added.

Enhancements with the Documents Tab Within a Transaction

When you navigate to the Documents Tab within a transaction it will now default to the Line view (rather than the Folder view). You will also be able to assign the Document Type, Approve or Reject the document in line view.

You can click “Folder View” to adjust the view back.

You can click the “Required” box to open the Required Document list and view which documents have been approved or rejected.

The Income Report is Available in Next

You will now have access to view the Income Report in Next.

Enhancements have been made to include Secondary Agent Income and any income Users receive when they are marked as an “Entity” on the Commission Form.

Admins and TC’s will be able to see Secondary Agent and Entity income in the “Totals” table at the bottom of the report when viewing the “Team” scope. Note that you will only see the Net Income- not the transaction data. That will remain visible for the Lead Agent only.

They will also be able to see it when selecting to view an individual user in the scope.

Users will see the additional income when they view their individual Income Reports:

Bug Fixes

  • The data in ‘Amount’ type fields was not included when users were sending emails by clicking ‘Share Form’. This has been corrected.

  • Some Vendors were not displayed in the line view on the Transactions Page. We corrected this.

  • There was an issue affecting the Task Manager and stemming from a user existing in multiple teams at once. The Task Manager included all Tasks associated with that user no matter which team the user was currently working in. We resolved this.

  • Columns on the Transaction Page were only sorting in one direction. We fixed this

  • When users were editing Roadmap Steps applied to Clients in the Client Portal the Step order was changing erroneously. This has been corrected.

⚠️ Important Note!

Make sure you've added the following fields to a transaction form:

1. Go to Transactions > Transactions.

2. Click in-line with a transaction to open it.

3. Click the Client Portal tab at the top of the transaction.

We're Adding 3 More Reports from Classic to NEXT

  • Agent Accountability

  • Agent / Team Production

  • ISA by ISA

--Where do I find reports?--

Just click on the Reports sidetab on the left side of the screen.

Notification Email Blackout Windows

Currently, teams can specify their "notification window," which tells Sisu the hours in each day when emails can be sent out. But what about those who don't want emails sent on holidays or other specific dates? Now in NEXT, we've added the ability for admins to specify blackout dates! These dates are an exception to your notification window, which means that emails won't be sent on these dates. You can set holidays as blackout dates or create custom blackout dates.

ℹ️ Note

If you don't want emails sent on weekends, simply select the "Adhere to Business Hours" checkbox. You can find this setting where you add and edit tasks (Admin > Tasks > Edit Tasks).

--Where can I set my blackout dates?--

Go to Admin > Team Settings > Notifications.

New Global Search Bar

There's now a search bar at the top of Sisu. Use it to easily find contacts! It can also be used to help navigate to certain pages in Sisu.

Improvements

We've Changed How Task Notifications Are Sent

Task Notifications that have been set to "Adhere to business hours" are being sent at the beginning of each team's notification delivery window.

UI Update for Cohort Conversions Metrics

We've updated how percentages appear on the BETA Circles Dashboard. Remember that these percentages reflect how much of the cohort has progressed through your pipeline.

Bug Fixes

  • We fixed a bug preventing people from accessing the CEO Dashboard.

  • We fixed a bug preventing admins from uploading profile pictures on behalf of other users.

April 10

New features:

Improvements to existing functionality:

New Features

We're Adding Another Report from Classic to NEXT

We've added the following report to the Report sidetab:

  • Task Overdue Today: This report is only visible to admin and TC roles.

Where do I find reports?

Just click on the Reports sidetab on the left side of the screen.

New Cohort Conversion Metrics

When filtering the new BETA Circles Dashboard by cohort, you'll see cohort conversion metrics below the circles.

While the conversion rates for the pacer circles look at progress from circle to circle (status to status), the cohort conversion rates are showing you how much of the original cohort has progressed to each status.

Example: How are cohort conversion rates calculated?

Let's look at the numbers in the following screenshot to understand how the percentages are calculated.

There are 12 total transactions in this Appointment Set cohort, which is why the Appointments Set in Cohort tile shows 100%. The Appointments Met in Cohort tile shows 50% because only half of the total cohort (6 out of 12) have made it to Appointment Met. (6/12) X 100 = 50%

How do I get to the new BETA Circles Dashboard?

1. Go to Dashboards > Team Dashboard (or Personal Dashboard).

2. At the top of the screen, click the Circles Dashboard (BETA) tab.

Improvements

We've Added Timestamps to the Transaction History

The Transaction History shows a record of every change made to the transaction. We've added timestamps now so you know exactly when each change was made.

--Where is the Transaction History?--

1. Go to Transactions > Transactions.

2. Click in-line with a transaction to open it.

3. Click the History tab at the top of the transaction.

We're Adding a Filter to the CEO Dashboard

This new filter will allow you to further customize the data you see on the CEO Dashboard. Once on the CEO Dashboard, the filter button is in the top-right corner of the screen.

--Where's the CEO Dashboard?--

1. Go to Dashboards > Team Dashboard. The Circles Dashboard opens by default.

2. At the top of the screen, click the CEO Dashboard tab.

We're Changing the Order of the Signed Circles on the Circles Dashboard

On the Circles Dashboard, the buyer and seller Signed circles now follow the Appointment Met circles. We made this change to comply with industry changes.

How do I get to the Circles Dashboard?

Go to Dashboards > Team Dashboard (or the Personal Dashboard). The Circles Dashboard opens by default.

Bug Fixes

  • We removed the Lead Source drop-down from the Activities Dashboard because it was causing problems.

  • Agent users were unable to see their own names in the Scope drop-downs that appear in the filters. We've fixed this.

  • When adding double-digit numbers to Activities in the Record sidetab, users were only able to add 1 number at a time. We've fixed this.

  • We fixed a bug preventing users from bulk editing tasks.

New features:

Improvements to existing functionality:

New Features

New Beta Circles Dashboard for Cohorts

You'll see that a Beta Circles Dashboard now appears in your list of Dashboards.

This is a new Circles Dashboard, but we wanted you to try it out before we replaced the current Circles Dashboard. Please let us know what you think about it or if you notice any bugs. You'll have access to both the current and the new Circles Dashboard until we combine them (we estimate this could take 2-4 weeks).

This new Circles Dashboard uses a filter (identical to the Transaction Filter on the Transactions screen) that allows you to change how your data on the Circle Dashboard is displayed. For example, now you can use the "Transaction Dates / Cohort Analysis" filter to display the data from a specific group of transactions and a certain time (sometimes referred to as a cohort). This allows you to see how different cohorts have progressed without worrying if transactions from other months are muddying the cohort data.

ℹ️ Note

Make sure the "Scope" field in the filter always has something selected.

--How do I get to the new Circles Dashboard?--

1. Go to Dashboards > Team Dashboard (or Personal Dashboard).

2. At the top of the screen, click the Circles Dashboard (BETA) tab.

--Where is the filter on the new Circles Dashboard?

When the new Circles Dashboard is selected, you can see the filter button in the top-right corner.

We Added 2 More Reports to NEXT

We've added the following reports to the Reports sidetab:

  • Performance and Conversion: This report gives you a great side-by-side comparison of your agents' performance, from conversations to closing along with the related conversion ratios.

  • Integrated Vendors: This report shows how often your Sisu Services are being used.

--Where do I find reports?--

Just click on the Reports sidetab on the left side of the screen.

More User-Friendly Text Editor for Email Templates (No More HTML!)

We've updated the text editor that you use to create email templates for your notification emails. Previously, the text editor had no ability to style text without the use of HTML. With our new and improved editor, HMTL is no longer necessary (or supported). You can now do the following with the click of a button:

  • create headings

  • bold

  • italicize

  • underline

  • change text color

  • highlight text

  • create numbered lists

  • create bulleted lists

  • change text alignment

  • create hyperlinks that send users to a webpage of your choice

  • remove all styling from a selected group of text

  • More features will be added soon!

⚠️ Important Note!

Email templates from Sisu Classic appear in NEXT (and are labeled accordingly). You can use these Classic templates in NEXT, but just remember that the HTML will not style your text. The HTML will instead appear in the email. Make sure you get rid of HTML from Classic templates before using them in NEXT!

--Where can I find the new text editor?--

1. Go to Admin > Tasks > Task Settings > Task Notifications.

2. Click the "Add New" button or click "Edit" in-line with a template.

3. The editor appears under Template Content.

--When I change a template in NEXT, will the changes show up in Classic too?--

Yeah! Each Classic template that appears in NEXT is still connected to the corresponding template in Classic. You can make changes in Classic or NEXT and the change is made in both places!

This also means that if you delete HTML from a template in NEXT, the corresponding template in Classic will no longer have styled text. So only delete the HTML when you're ready to primarily use NEXT to send your notification emails.

Improvements

When Emailing a Document, You Can Now Apply a Template

Now, when sharing documents from Sisu, we've added the "Email Template" drop-down as an option so you can select an email template to apply to the email. We've also included the new text editor so you can easily style your email.

--Where do I go to email a document?--

1. Go to Transactions > Transactions.

2. Click in-line with a transaction to open it.

3. At the top of the transaction, click the Documents tab.

4. Click a folder to open it.

5. In-line with a document, click the more options button on the right side of the screen, and then select Send. This opens the Send Document window.

6. In the Send Document window, you'll see the new field and the new text editor.

You Can Add Fractions When Recording Activities

Users are now able to add a fraction of an Activity in the Record tab of Next. For example, now you could enter 2.5 into an Activity called "Hours Prospecting." The Dashboards, Reports, and leaderboards have been updated to show up to 2 decimal places.

--Where's the Record tab?--

The Record tab is on the left side of the screen.

Bug Fixes

  • When viewing transaction tasks, larger task lists are split up into multiple pages. Users should be able to navigate between these pages of tasks, but this wasn't working correctly. We've fixed this.

March 13

New features:

New Features

2 Classic Reports Are Now Available on NEXT

You'll now find a Reports sidetab on the left side of your screen. This is where all of Sisu's reports will eventually be found. With this release, we've added the following Classic reports to NEXT:

  • Activity by Agent

  • Activity Log

--Where's the new Reports sidetab?--

We Added a Counter to the Columns in Status, Stage, and Task Boards

The columns found in the Transaction Stages Board, the Transaction Statuses Board, and the Task Board can each contain countless tiles. However, since only a few tiles are visible at a time, it can be unclear exactly how many total tiles are in each column. Because of this, we've added a counter at the top of each column so that it's easy to tell the total number of tiles in each column.

--How do I get to the Transaction Stages Board?--

Go to Transactions > Transaction Stages Board.

--How do I get to the Transaction Statuses Board?--

Go to Transactions > Transaction Statuses Board.

--How do I get to the Task Board?--

Go to Task Manager > Task Board.

Admins Can Set Tasks to Autocomplete upon Document Upload

Admins can now create tasks that will autocomplete as soon as a document is uploaded.

When admins create tasks, they can use the "Autocomplete Document" Type drop-down menu (see screenshot below) to select a document that will complete the task.

Once the task is added to a task list that is then applied to a transaction, users can click on the task and upload a document. They can also select a folder to upload it to. Once you upload the document, the task is completed and the document is stored in the Documents tab of the transaction.

--Where do admins create new tasks?--

1. Go to Admin > Tasks > Edit Tasks.

2. In the top-right corner, click the "Add Task" button.

--Where are tasks and task lists found in a transaction?--

1. Go to Transactions > Transactions.

2. Click in-line with a transaction to open it.

3. Click the "Tasks" tab at the top of the screen.

4. Use the "Task List" drop-down to view different task lists that have been applied to the transaction.

Bug Fixes

  • We fixed a bug that was causing the YTD tiles on the Team Dashboard to pull in numbers from the last 30 days instead of the year-to-date numbers.

  • We fixed an error that was appearing when users would try to create a "Day of" task within a transaction.

  • Previously, when users would enter an Appointment Set date via the Record screen, the date would appear to save, but the transaction wouldn't be updated with the new date. We've fixed this.

  • Certain aspects of data on the ISA Dashboard in NEXT weren't accurate. We've fixed this.

Improvements

We've Made It Easier to Track Cohort Progress on the Transaction Screen

Cohorts are groups of transactions that started around the same time. By adding a Cohort Analysis section to the Transaction Dates drop-down in the Transaction Filter, it will be easier to use the Transactions screen to see how different cohorts are progressing.

You can set a date range and then choose from the following key dates:

  • Lead Date

  • Created

  • 1st Time Appointment Met

  • 1st Time Appointment Set

  • Signed Date

  • Under Contract Date

  • Closed (Settlement) Date

You'll see all transactions that have the specified key date entered in the corresponding Sisu field, but a transaction will only appear on the Transactions screen if the key date falls inside the specified date range.

--Where do I find the new cohort options?--

1. Go to Transactions > Transactions.

2. Click the filter icon on the right side of the screen to open the Transaction Filter.

3. Scroll down and you'll see the "Transaction Dates / Cohort Analysis" field.

Bug Fixes

  • We fixed several bugs related to the "Assigned TC" field.

    • Users were getting an error when filling out the "Assigned TC" field. We've fixed this.

    • The "Assigned TC" field was not displaying the assigned TC or other available TCs and admins. We've fixed this.

    • When users created new transactions, the default TC wasn't automatically being assigned. We've fixed this.

  • Certain task statuses and dates in NEXT weren't matching Classic. We've fixed this.

  • When users were selecting graphs on the Snapshot, their selections weren't remaining the same after logging out and back in. We fixed this so that graph selections remain the same after logout.

The Goal Calculator's Monthly and Yearly Goals Are Now Editable

When you're using the Goal Calculator, the monthly and yearly goals derived from the Goal Drivers appear on the right in the Goal Summary section. Previously, these numbers weren't editable. 2. The Goal table is below the Yearly Goals section.

Bug Fixes

  • We fixed a bug that was hiding forms that were set to only apply to Buyer or Seller transactions. We've fixed this.

  • Users were getting an error when filling out the TC field. We've fixed this.

  • When users were opening transactions, the assigned agent would be changed. We've fixed this. Opening a transaction should not change the assigned agent.

  • The full names of tasks were being cut off. We've allowed for more characters to show so this isn't a problem anymore.

  • We fixed incorrect click-throughs on the Leaderboards.

  • Previously, when you clicked on the status drop-down and selected the Live Listing status, a pop-up prompted for both an MLS Live Date and a Signed Date. We've removed the Signed Date from the pop-up.

ℹ️ Note: A signed date must be entered into the "Signed Date" field before you can change the transaction status to Live Listing.

New Setting: Allow the Client Uploads Folder to Be Visible to Vendors

We're adding new settings that allow vendors to have access to the Client Uploads folder in Client Portal.

First, we're adding a new team setting, which is available in Classic. It's called "Allow Vendors to see the Client Uploads folder and documents inside in the Client Portal." This setting allows admins to either give or restrict access by default.

Second, we're also adding a setting to each transaction so the team setting can be overridden when necessary. This setting is going to be available only in NEXT in a new transaction tab called Settings. Select "Yes" to give vendors access to the Client Uploads folder, and select "No" to restrict. "Team default" will be selected by default, which just means that until you say otherwise, Sisu will use the team setting.

Click one to mark a start date for the date range and click again to mark an end date. Then click the "Apply" button to select the marked date range.

Bug Fixes

  • We've made a variety of improvements to goal drivers and the ability to adjust goals by seasonality. Numbers and labels will now be more accurate.

  • Snapshot graphs that should include "Forecasted" data for the entire year (e.g., Closed & Forecasted Volume) were not showing anything past the current month. We've fixed this.

  • When agents were creating transactions, their names weren't appearing in the Agent field by default. We've fixed this.

  • When you set your Dashboard to a certain date or date range, that should remain set until it's changed (even if you navigate away from the Dashboard). This was not functioning as intended so we fixed it.
