The Income report was built for business owners looking to forecast their income. This report shows closed and forecasted transactions. All transactions with either a Closed (Settlement) Date or Forecasted Closed Date will appear on this report, regardless of whether the date occurred in the past.

In this report, you can quickly look at any date range to see your GCI, Net GCI, and even Net Income. You can also see any general expenses that were added under the Admin > Expenses tab. This is also a great place to quickly see the Net Agent Paid Income and Net GCI for each transaction.

You can also drill down and see much of this information at the agent level, which will let you know how much you are making from each agent within the designated date range.

How To Use The Report

Each time you adjust the drop-down filters at the top of the report, the report pulls up a new list of transactions and recalculates the data.

Explaining The Tiles At The Top Of The Report

There are tiles found at the top of the Income report that show the breakdown of all the money you make, as it funnels from total volume to net income. In this section, we look at what each tile means and how each tile is calculated. Note that the number of tiles depends on whether you filter the report by team, by individual, by group, or by organization.

Count

What is "Count" in this report?

The orange number on this tile counts all closed and forecasted transactions within the date range specified in the report. Splits, outbound referrals, and rentals are included in this number. The smaller number at the bottom subtracts splits from the count.

How is this number calculated?

The Income report shows the number of transactions that have something entered into either the "Forecasted Closed Date" field or the "Closed (Settlement) Date" field.
