The Activity Log Report provides a breakdown of any activity recorded in Sisu either manually via the Record page or synced via an integration.

How To Use The Report
There are several filtering options available at the top of the report allowing you to view the exact data you're looking for.
Filters available:
Scope: Select to view your whole team, a specific group, individual agents, ISA's or inactive agents.
Activity Type: Select to filter by specific Activities.
Predefined dates: Quickly view date ranges such as Last Month, This Year, Q4, etc. with just one click. Only Activities counts recorded within the specified date range will appear.
Custom Date Range: Select any custom date range from the calendar picker. Only Activities counts recorded within the specified date range will appear.
Explaining The Report Columns
In this section we will explain each column on the report. Note that results are based off of the options you have selected in the scope(s) at the top of the report.
User Id: Unique ID assigned to each user. You can also view this in Admin > Users.
User: Which user completed the activity.
Activity: What Activity was recorded.
Date: The date the Activity was recorded.
Count: The number of times that Activity was completed.
