The Performance & Conversion Report provides a great side by side comparison of your Agent's production from Conversation to Close along with the related conversion ratios. Utilize the % sort columns to sort by highest or lowest conversion ratios to pinpoint areas of focus. This report, along with the Team Dashboard, can be heavily utilized for team trainings.

Report Features

There are several filtering options available at the top of the report allowing you to view the exact data you're looking for.

Filters available:

  • Agents: Choose to view All users, only Active users or only Inactive users.

  • Predefined Date Ranges: Quickly view date ranges such as Last Month, This Year, Q4, etc. with just one click.

  • Custom Date Range: Select any custom date range from the calendar picker.

These additional filtering options are available by clicking the Report Filter button:

  • Status

  • Include Lost (checkbox)

  • Lost Reason

  • Transaction Type

  • Lead Source Group

  • Transaction Dates / Cohort Analysis

  • Lead Source

  • Stages

  • Appt Set by ISA

  • TC

  • City

  • State

  • Postal Code

  • Yes/No (field types)

  • Tags

  • Multiple Choice (field types)


Explaining Each Column In The Report

In this section we will explain each column on the report. Note that results are based off of the options you have selected in the filters(s) at the top of the report.

Each percentage column reflects the conversion ratio from one metric to the next. This is calculated by dividing the total converted by the total achieved then multiplying by 100.

🔸Example (data from screenshot above):

4 Appointments Set / 26 Conversations = .1538 * 100 = 15.38% conversion rate

Columns:

Agent: What agent you are seeing the data for.

Conversations: Conversations recorded within the date range selected in the scope at the top of the report. % column reflects conversion rate of Conversation to Appointment Set.

Appointments Set: Total transactions with a 1st Time Appt Set date within the date range selected in the scope at the top of the report. % column reflects conversion rate of Appointment Set to Appointment Met.

Appointments Met: Total transactions with an 1st Time Appt Met date within the date range selected in the scope at the top of the report. % column reflects conversion rate of Appointment Met to Signed.

Signed: Total transactions with a Signed Date within the date range selected in the scope at the top of the report. % column reflects conversion rate of Signed to Under Contract.

Under Contract: Total transactions with an Under Contract Date within the date range selected in the scope at the top of the report. % column reflects conversion rate of Under Contract to Closed.

Closed: Total transactions with a Closed (Settlement) Date within the date range selected in the scope at the top of the report.

Metric totals populate from Conversations recorded (manually and/or via an integration) and the dates input into the following form fields within a transaction:
