The ISA by ISA Report is helpful for tracking your ISA's production at each stage of the transaction. Allowing you to ensure they are not only setting appointments but those appointments are leading to closed deals.

The first step to utilizing the ISA by ISA Report is getting data into it.

Assigning An ISA To Transaction

When an ISA is selected in the “Appt Set By (ISA)” form field the progress of that transaction will then be reflected in the ISA by ISA Report.

Not seeing the “Appt Set By (ISA)” fields on your form(s)? No worries, it's easy to add! Just navigate to Admin > Team Settings > Forms & Fields and follow these steps:

Currently the Forms & Fields page is not yet available in Next. As we are working towards releasing this feature please follow the navigational steps in Sisu Classic. Thank you!

  1. In-line with a form, click Edit.

  2. Scroll down until you see the Available Fields section on the right.

  3. In the search bar type in Appt Set By (ISA) then click the arrow button in-line with the field to add it to the form. Your change is saved automatically.

  • Color Representation: You will notice along the top of the report a different color selected to represent each transaction status in the report -

  • Conversion Ratios: Hover to reveal conversion ratios calculated from status to status -

  • Clickable Data: You can easily view the individual transactions that make up the totals you see on the report by simply clicking! You'll then be routed to the Transaction Page where the transactions in line with the report data viewable -
