The ISA by Agent Report is an essential tool for monitoring and evaluating the performance of agents who are handling appointments set by an Inside Sales Agent (ISA). This report provides insights into how effectively agents are converting leads when an ISA sets the initial appointment.

How The Report Generates Data
To effectively utilize the ISA by Agent report you'll want to ensure an ISA has been assigned to the transaction and the transaction status aligns with the report.
Assigning An ISA To A Transaction
Not seeing the “Appt Set By (ISA)” fields on your form(s)? No worries, it's easy to add! Just navigate to Admin > Team Settings > Forms & Fields and follow these steps:
Currently the Forms & Fields page is not yet available in Next. As we are working towards releasing this feature please follow the navigational steps in Sisu Classic. Thank you!
In-line with a form, click Edit.
Scroll down until you see the Available Fields section on the right.
In the search bar type in Appt Set By (ISA) then click the arrow button in-line with the field to add it to the form. Your change is saved automatically.

Transaction Status
Only transactions in statuses from Appt Set through Closed (including Lost) are shown in the report. Transactions in the Pipeline status will not be included. You can find a list of all available transaction statuses in another KB article found here.
Filtering The Report
There are several filtering options available at the top of the report allowing you to view the exact data you're looking for.
Filters available:
Scope Adjustment: Switch between viewing data for the entire team or for individual agents to gain detailed insights as needed -
Date Range Customization: Easily adjust the date range at the top of the report to focus on a specific timeframe -
Understanding The Report Data
The ISA by Agent report, laid out as a color-coded, clickable bar graph, offers a visually intuitive way to analyze data allowing you to compare performance across different agents and ISAs. Here’s how to effectively use and interpret this report.
Color Coding
You'll find that each color corresponds to a transaction status:

Hover for Details
Place your cursor over any bar in the graph to activate the hover feature. A detailed popup will appear, providing a breakdown of total transactions and conversion percentages categorized by status.
In the screenshot above you can see agent Kayla has been assigned 2 transactions where an ISA set the appointment. She has converted 1 of those transactions to Appt Met, therefore the conversion ratio is 50%.
Clickable Data
Each bar within the report is clickable, allowing you to drill down on the individual transactions that make up the report data.
