Leaderboards Overview

Leaderboards can be a game-changer for real estate agents, offering a dynamic platform to foster healthy competition and drive motivation. By showcasing top performers and key metrics such as Conversations, Live Listings and Closed Units, Leaderboards create a transparent environment that encourages agents to strive for excellence. Additionally, they promote collaboration and knowledge-sharing among team members, as individuals learn from each other’s successes and strategies. Ultimately, Leaderboards serve as a powerful tool to boost productivity and success in the competitive real estate industry.

Filters & Features

There are several filtering options available at the top of the report allowing you to view the exact data you're looking for.

Filters available:

  • Board: What Leaderboard you are currently viewing. Every metric tracked in Sisu will appear as an available selection.

  • Date Range: Quickly view date ranges such as Last Month, This Year, Q4, etc. with just one click.

  • Custom Date Range: Select any custom date range from the calendar picker.

The Leaderboard Filter option is also available, providing additional filtering options to further customize your Leaderboard view.


Explaining What You See On The Leaderboards

The top section of the Leaderboards page displays the top five ranked users, along with their totals for the selected metric and the percentage each user contributes to the team’s overall total. A pie chart is also included to provide a visual representation of these percentages.

The remaining users are grouped under “Other.” To view their individual totals and percentages, scroll down.

Restricting Leaderboards

You can choose which Leaderboards you'd like your Agent users to see by navigating to Admin > Team Settings > View Restrictions. In the Restricted Leaderboards section, Toggle the status to choose to Display or Restrict each Leaderboard.

Adding Leaderboards To Your Team Dashboard

You can select up to 8 Leaderboards to be displayed on your Team Dashboard. First, you will need to ensure the "Show Leaderboards on the Team Dashboard" setting is enabled. You can find this by navigating to Admin > Team Settings > Preferences, under the Leaderboard and Challenge Settings section.

You can then select which Leaderboards you would like to display by scrolling down to the Leaderboards in Display Mode section. Click the checkboxes for each Leaderboard you'd like to display. Remember, you can select up to 8!

ℹ️ Note: These will be shown on your Team Dashboard as well as Display Mode.

Excluding Lost Transactions From Your Leaderboards

To exclude transactional data from Lost status transactions in Leaderboards, enable the “Exclude lost transactions from leaderboards and dashboards” setting. You can find this by navigating to Admin > Team Settings > Preferences, under the Lost Settings section.

Display Users With Zero Leaderboard Results

To choose to display, or not display, users with zero results in the Leaderboards you can enable or disable the "Include users with zero metrics in Leaderboards and Challenges" setting. You can find this by navigating to Admin > Team Settings > Preferences, under the Leaderboard and Challenge Settings section.
