How To Use Leaderboards
There are several filtering options available at the top of the report allowing you to view the exact data you're looking for.
Filters available:
Scope: You can choose to view the team as a whole or select your created Groups.
🔸 Note: The section “Team Summarized by Group” provides the ability to view Groups as 1 line item. You can exclude certain Groups by navigating to Admin > Team Settings > Groups:

Board: What Leaderboard you are currently viewing. Every metric tracked in Sisu will appear as an available selection.
🔸 Note: Custom created Activities will also appear as available selections. For information on how to create Activities to track in Sisu check out this article.
Currently the ability to create and manage Activities is not yet available in Next. As we are working towards releasing this feature please follow the navigational steps in Sisu Classic. Thank you!
Date Range: Quickly view date ranges such as Last Month, This Year, Q4, etc. with just one click.
Custom Date Range: Select any custom date range from the calendar picker.
Explaining What You See On The Leaderboards
The top section of the Leaderboards page shows you the top 5 ranked users, the user totals for the specific metric you are viewing and what percentage of the total team number belongs to each user. A pie graph is also provided to give you a visual of those percentages.
The rest of the users categorized in “Other” and their individual counts and percentages can be viewed by scrolling down:

Restricting Leaderboards
You can choose which Leaderboards you'd like your Agent users to see by navigating to Admin > Team Settings > View Restrictions. Just toggle the status to choose to Display or Restrict each Leaderboard.
Adding Leaderboards To Your Team Dashboard
You can select up to 8 Leaderboards to be displayed on your Team Dashboard. You will need to ensure the 'Show leaderboards on the team dashboard' setting is enabled by navigating to Admin > Team Settings > Preferences.

You can then select which Leaderboards you would like to display by navigating to Admin > Team Settings > Preferences > then scroll down to the Show the Following Leaderboards in Display Mode section. Click the checkboxes for each Leaderboard you'd like to display. Remember, you can select up to 8!
🔸 Note: These will be shown on your Team Dashboard as well as Display Mode.
Excluding Lost Transactions From Your Leaderboards
You can enable or disable the 'Exclude lost transactions from leaderboards, dashboards, and the snapshot' setting by navigating to Admin > Team Settings > Preferences.

Display Users With Zero Leaderboard Results
You can enable or disable the 'Show agents with zeros in leaderboards and challenges' setting by navigating to Admin > Team Settings > Preferences.
