How to Use The Snapshot Page

There are several filtering options available at the top of the page allowing you to view the exact data you're looking for.

Filters available:

  • Scope: Select to view your whole team, a specific group, individual agents, ISA's or inactive agents.

  • Year: Select which year you'd like to generate data from.

  • Lead Source: Select which Lead Source(s) you'd like to generate data from specifically.

  • Rankings: Platform Rankings show where you are at compared to your team's personal records and ranks your team among all other Sisu teams. These metrics are updated once a day. You can select to view MTD (Month To Date) or YTD (Year To Date). The PR (Personal Record) numbers show the month/year when the PR was set. Stars mean you are in the top 20 and get some extra love. If you are in the top 3, you get a crown. It's simply a way for you to compare yourself to other teams on our platform with a little gamification. For more information check out the KB article here.

Explaining The Tiles At The Top Of The Page

In this section we will go over each tile and how the totals are calculated.

  • YTD Signed: How many transactions have been Signed year to date. In order for a transaction to move to the Signed status it must have a date entered in the “Signed Date” form field.

  • YTD Under Contract: How many transactions have gone under contract year to date. In order for a transaction to move to the Pending status it must have a date entered in the “Under Contract” form field.

  • YTD Closed: How many transactions have Closed year to date. In order for a transaction to move to the Closed status it must have a date entered in the “Closed (Settlement) Date” form field.

  • Units Pending: How many transactions are currently in the Pending status.

Snapshot Graphs

You can customize the Snapshot graphs to show the data that's most important to you. The drop down menu above each graph is where you can select the metric you're wanting to see.

Each year is represented by a different color and a key is shown at the bottom of each graph. The gray bars represent the goals you have set.

The percentages next to each year show the percentage of growth from one year to the next. If there was growth, the percent will be positive and the numbers will be green. If there was no growth, the percent will be negative and the numbers will be red.

You can select to view monthly or annual data in the graphs via the toggle at the top:

  • Monthly: Select to view the metric total for each month individually.

  • Annually: Select to view month-over-month aggregated data. So for example, if monthly numbers were 10 for January, 10 for February, and 10 for March of 2024, the annualized growth graph would show 10, 20, and 30 for those first 3 months in 2024. If the line is climbing, you're growing from month to month.
