The Personal Dashboard is a great place to view everything you've accomplished with your personal business and keep a close eye on reaching your goals. The data you see on each page comes directly from your Transactions and Activities completed. Utilize this page to view past production, current and even forecast your production for the coming months.

Filtering The Personal Dashboard

Select from predefined date ranges or input your own custom date range to filter the page data.

Click the Dashboard Filter button to filter the page data by a number of options including Lead Source, Vendors, Tags, etc. This filtering functionality allows you to create custom reporting for viewing more specific data.

You can also save your filters for future use and efficiency by clicking the “+ Save as New” button in the top right corner of the Dashboard Filters page:


Circles Dashboard

The tiles at the top of the Circles Dashboard provide 4 YTD (year to date) metrics along with 2 additional metrics based on the date range you've selected in the page scope.

In each tile, the largest number is your total and the bar beneath shows how you pacing towards your goal.

The total in each tile is also clickable so you can quickly view the individual transactions that make up each total.

YTD Closed Volume: Total volume for all transactions that have closed YTD. This number is calculated from the amount entered into the “Transaction Amount” field in each transaction included.

YTD Closed Units: Total number of closed transactions YTD. This includes all transactions with a "Closed (Settlement) Date" input YTD.

YTD Closed and Forecasted Volume: Total volume for all transactions that have closed as well as those that are forecasted to close. This means transactions with a "Closed (Settlement) Date" entered YTD and transactions with a "Forecasted Closed Date" entered will be included in this number.

YTD Closed and Forecasted Units: Total number of closed transactions YTD as well as those that are forecasted to close. This means transactions with a "Closed (Settlement) Date" entered YTD and transactions with a "Forecasted Closed Date" entered will be included in this number.

U/C Volume: The volume of all transactions that have an "Under Contract Date" within the date range you've selected in the page scope.

🔸 Note: This tile will not appear when “This Year” is the date range you've selected in the page scope.

Closed Volume: Total volume for all transactions that have closed within the date range you've selected in the page scope.

The lower section of the Circles Dashboard is where this dashboard gets its name.

Metrics are presented in individual circles beginning with Conversations. Totals here are based on the date range you've selected in the page scope. Conversion percentages are auto calculated between each metric showing you, for example, what percentage of your Conversations were converted to an Appointment Set. Additionally the data points in the circles are separated by buyer and seller.

The total in every circle is clickable so you can quickly view the individual transactions that make up each total.

Under the total in each circle you'll see another number; this is your goal for that specific metric:

The color in each circle represents how you're pacing towards your goal.

These colors may differ as your team may have custom branding in Sisu.


YTD Dashboard

A date scope is not available on this dashboard because all data is based on production between January 1 and the current date. You can, however, filter this dashboard to view data for the Team as a whole, Groups or individual Agents as well as by Lead Source.

The tiles at the top of the YTD Dashboard provide totals for high priority metrics.

Live Listings: Total number of transactions are currently in the Live Listing status.

🔸 Note: Transactions must have a "Signed Date" and an "MLS Live Date" in order to move to the Live Listing status.

Units Pending: Total number of transactions are currently in the Pending status.

Volume Pending: Total volume for all of Pending transactions. This total is calculated from the amount entered into the “Transaction Amount” field in each transaction included.

AVG GCI%: The average GCI percentage of all transactions that have closed YTD. The calculation for this metric is the sum of GCI divided by the sum of Transaction Amount.

Net Agent Paid Income Pending: How much agent commission is currently pending.

🔸 Note: This total only includes commissions from transactions assigned to you (the user selected in the scope). This total does not include Secondary Agent Income or income collected via Commission Adjustments.

Net Agent Paid Income: Total agent commission earned YTD. Only Closed transaction commissions are included in this total.

Average Net Agent Paid Income: The average agent commission on each transaction. This total is calculated by dividing the total net income (of all closed transactions) by the total of closed transactions. This tile only includes commissions made from January 1 to the current date. This number does not include any forecasted commission.

🔸 Note: This total only includes commissions from transactions assigned to you (the user selected in the scope). Secondary Agent Income is not included.

The tiles at the bottom of the YTD Dashboard also provide valuable metric totals.

Avg Price: The average price of your closed transactions. This is calculated by adding the Listings Closed Volume and the Buyers Closed Volume, then dividing it by the combination of the Listings Sold total and the Buyers Sold total.

Avg Listing Price: The average price of your closed seller transactions. This is calculated by dividing the closed seller transaction volume by the total of closed seller transactions.

Avg Buyer Price: The average price of all your closed buyer transactions. This is calculated by dividing the closed buyer transaction volume by the total of closed buyer transactions.

Buyer AVG DOM: The average Days On Market for your buyer transactions. Days On Market is how many days occurred between the Signed date and the Under Contract Date.

Listing AVG DOM: The average Days On Market for your seller transactions. Days On Market is how many days were between the MLS Live Date (Signed Date if an MLS Live Date is not entered) and the Under Contract Date.

Listings Sold: How many seller transactions you have closed this year.

Listings Closed Volume: Total volume for all closed seller transactions. This total is calculated from the amount entered into the “Transaction Amount” field in each transaction included.

Buyers Sold: How many buyer transactions you have closed this year.

Buyer Closed Volume: Total volume for all closed buyer transactions. This total is calculated from the amount entered into the “Transaction Amount” field in each transaction included.


Activities Dashboard

This dashboard provides totals for each activity you have completed within the date range you've selected in the page scope.

The line under each metric total reflects how you're pacing towards your goal.
