Overview of the Recruiter Dashboard, Activities Dashboard & Leaderboards Dashboard.

The Personal and Team Dashboards give you a clear snapshot of your recruiting efforts, with easy access to key metrics like funnel activity, year-to-date progress, outreach tracking, and leaderboard standings. All insights are pulled directly from your team’s recruiting data, so you can see performance in real time. These dashboards make it simple to understand where your recruiting stands today and help forecast the pipeline of new agent hires in the months ahead.

Filtering The Dashboard

The Personal and Team Dashboards include flexible filtering options so you can tailor the data to your recruiting needs. Use the scope and date range dropdowns to view results for specific Recruiters or time periods. The Dashboard Filter button also lets you drill down by lead source, form fields, and more- making it easy to focus on the most relevant insights for attracting and hiring new agents.

Easily save your customized filters for future use by clicking the Save As New button in the top-right corner of the Dashboard Filters.


Recruiter Dashboard

The tiles at the top of the Recruiter Dashboard display four Year-to-Date (YTD) metrics:

  • YTD Appts Set - The total number of appointments set with both new and experienced recruits year-to-date, based on the 1st Time Appt Set form field.

  • YTD Appts Met - The total number of appointments met with both new and experienced recruits year-to-date, based on the 1st Time Appt Met form field.

  • YTD Recruits - The total number of agents recruited year-to-date, including both new and experienced, based on the Date Recruited form field.

  • YTD Net Recruits - The total number of agents recruited year-to-date, including both new and experienced, minus any lost Recruits.

The bar beneath each total shows your progress toward your goal.

Each tile is interactive; click to drill down and view the individual recruits that make up the totals.

The Dialer section of the Recruiter Dashboard shows metrics based on the time frame selected in the scope at the top of the page. From left to right: Conversations are displayed first, with a conversion rate calculated to Appointments Set, and each subsequent metric also shows its conversion rate to the next status.

Each dial displays a fraction, with the top number representing your actual count and the bottom number showing your goal.

The color of each dial indicates your progress toward your goals: Not on Pace, On Pace, or Goal Achieved.

Each dial is interactive; click to drill down and view the individual recruits that make up the totals.


Activities Dashboard

The Activities Dashboard, accessible via the tab at the top, displays the activities completed by your team, or an individual agent, depending on the selected scope within the date range you’re viewing.

The bar beneath each total shows your progress toward your goal.

Admin/TC users can choose which Activities to track, and create custom Activities, by navigating to Admin > Team Settings > Activities.


Leaderboards Dashboard

You can select up to 8 Leaderboards to be displayed on your Team Dashboard. First, you will need to ensure the "Show Leaderboards on the Team Dashboard" setting is enabled. You can find this by navigating to Admin > Team Settings > Preferences, under the Leaderboard and Challenge Settings section.

You can then select which Leaderboards you would like to display by scrolling down to the Leaderboards in Display Mode section. Click the checkboxes for each Leaderboard you'd like to display. Remember, you can select up to 8!


Available Dashboard Settings

This section is intended for Admin and TC users within Sisu.

It's important to note that users in the Recruiter role will only be able to see their own data, while users in the Admin and Recruiting Coordinator roles will have access to all data.

The following settings, that impact Dashboard, can be found in Admin > Team Settings > Preferences:

  • "Exclude lost transactions from Leaderboards and Dashboards"

  • "Show Leaderboards on the Team Dashboard"

  • "Include Lead Source expenses on the Income Report and CEO Dashboard"

  • "Exclude Referrals from Appt Set & Appt Met Dashboard circles"

  • "Exclude Rentals from Appt Set & Appt Met Dashboard circles"

Additionally, within Admin > Team Settings > Preferences, you will find a section titled Dashboard Settings that provides more options for customization.

The following restrictions, that also impact the dashboard, can be found in Admin > Team Settings > View Restrictions:

  • "Recruiter View of GCI on Company Dashboard, Recruits, and Active Experienced Recruits and New Recruits Report"

  • "Recruiter View of Company Dashboard"
