The CEO Dashboard is a dashboard only accessible to admins. It shows you the most important information necessary to see a big picture of how your team is doing.

By default, the CEO Dashboard gives you a snapshot of your year-to-date closed and forecasted data. In this article, we're going to examine each section of the CEO Dashboard so you know where all your numbers are being pulled from.

Available Data on the CEO Dashboard:

  • GCI and Expenses (YTD)

  • Listing and Buyer Avg Prices (YTD)

  • $ Cash Flow (YTD)

  • Seller Information YTD

  • Buyer Information YTD

  • Month to Date

Use the table of contents on the right side of the screen to jump to a particular topic.

GCI and Expenses (YTD)

  • Cost of Sales

    • Cost of Sales = Closed GCI tile - (Net tile + Expenses tile)

  • Closed GCI: Total GCI tile

    • This tile is found on the YTD Dashboard.

  • Net: Net Income

  • Expenses = Includes expenses added in Sisu for lead sources and for the team

ℹ️ Note

Team expenses are added in monthly increments. If the CEO Dashboard is filtered to a date range that does not include full months (This Week, MTD, YTD, etc.) the expenses can appear off. Expenses will not be displayed for individual users or groups.

Where do I go to add lead source expenses?
