The CEO Dashboard is accessible only by Admin users in Sisu.
The CEO Dashboard provides a clear, high-level view of your team's performance by highlighting the most essential information.
By default, the CEO Dashboard gives you a snapshot of your team's year-to-date closed and forecasted data. Although agents can be selected in the report filter, the data is always presented from the team’s overall perspective.
In this article, we're going to examine each section of the CEO Dashboard so you know where all your numbers are being pulled from.
Sections in the CEO Dashboard:
GCI and Income
Closed GCI: Total GCI from all included transactions that have closed.
Pending GCI: Total GCI from transactions with a future Closed (Settlement) Date and/or a Forecasted Closed Date.
Pending Profit: Total expected income from payments on transactions that have not yet closed but are forecasted to close.
Projected Net Income: Total income received from closed transactions plus expected income from transactions that are forecasted to close.

Viewing the Transactions Behind Dashboard Metrics
The metrics shown on the CEO Dashboard are calculated using transaction data from the Transactions Page. Since not all dashboard metrics are clickable, filtering the Transactions Page can help you identify which transactions are included in each number.
