Actuals vs. Goals
The top section of the report provides a snapshot of each agent’s progress toward their individual production goals. It compares their Actual To Date results against both their Personal Pacer (the pace needed to stay on track) and their Personal Goal.
Actual To Date: The total number or amount the agent has achieved so far within the selected date range.
Personal Pacer: The amount the agent should have achieved, based on the selected date range, to remain on track to hit their goal.
Personal Goal: The agent’s target for each metric based on the selected date range.
Each metric displays how the agent is performing and whether they are On Pace, Not On Pace, or have Achieved their goal.
Not On Pace: The agent is behind the pace needed to meet their goal.
On Pace: The agent is currently on track to meet their goal.
Goal Achieved: The agent has already met or surpassed their goal.
This section helps team leaders and agents quickly identify performance gaps and recognize areas of strength.
