Accountability & Coaching Reports help recruiting leaders and teammates track progress, identify coaching opportunities, and ensure recruiters and new hires stay on pace toward their goals. These reports provide clear visibility into performance, making it easier to drive consistency, accountability, and faster onboarding results.

Recruiter Accountability Report

The Recruiter Accountability Report provides a clear view of each Recruiter’s performance, goal pacing, and recruit activity within a selected date range.

Filtering the Report

There are several filtering options available at the top of the report allowing you to view the exact data you're looking for.

  • Scope: Choose to view a specific agent or ISA.

  • Predefined Date Ranges: Quickly view date ranges such as Last Month, This Year, Q4, etc. with just one click.

  • Custom Date Range: Select any custom date range from the calendar picker.

  • Include Lost Transactions: Check the box here to include Lost Recruits in the report data.

Click this icon to download the report.

You'll see this icon in the header of each column in the report. This indicates the column is sortable by clicking the column header.

Understanding the Report Data

Actuals vs. Goals
The top section of the report displays each recruiter’s progress toward their recruiting goals, comparing their Actual To Date results to both their Personal Pacer (pace needed to stay on track) and Personal Goal.

  • Not On Pace: Behind goal progress.

  • On Pace: Tracking toward goal.

  • Goal Achieved: Goal met or exceeded.

This section helps leaders quickly spot performance gaps and top performers.

Recruit Tracking
Breaks down Recruiter activity by key categories to show progress across the recruiting funnel:

  • Current Pipeline: This section includes Recruits that are in the Pipeline, Appt Set and Appt Met statuses.

  • Pipeline Added: This section includes all Recruits created in Sisu within the selected date range.

  • Under Contract: This section includes Recruits that have gone under contract during the selected date range. Recruits are included when the date entered in the "Under Contract Date" field is within the selected date range on the report.

  • Recruited: This section includes Recruits that have been Recruited during the selected date range. Recruits are included when the date entered in the "Closed (Settlement) Date" field is within the selected date range on the report.

Each category includes basic details like Recruit ID, Name, Source, and Status. Together, these insights help teams monitor progress, maintain accountability, and drive Recruiter performance.


ISA by Recruiter Report

The ISA by Recruiter Report helps track how effectively Recruiters are converting candidates when an Inside Sales Agent (ISA) sets the initial appointment. It’s a powerful tool for evaluating Recruiter performance and improving follow-up effectiveness.

How the Report Generates Data

To appear in this report, a recruiter must be assigned in the “Appt Set By (ISA)” field, and the Recruit status must align with the report. Only Recruits in statuses from Appt Set through Closed (including Lost) appear in the report. Recruits in Pipeline are excluded.

  • Color Coding: Each color represents a different Recruit status (colors may vary based on platform branding).

  • Hover for Details: Hover over a bar to see total Recruits and conversion percentages by status.

  • Clickable Data: Click any bar to view the underlying Recruits.


ISA by ISA Report

The ISA by ISA Report helps you track each ISA’s performance throughout the recruiting process, showing not only how many appointments they’re setting but how those appointments progress into recruited Agents.

How the Report Generates Data

To appear in this report, a recruiter must be assigned in the “Appt Set By (ISA)” field, and the Recruit status must align with the report. Only Recruits in statuses from Appt Set through Closed (including Lost) appear in the report. Recruits in Pipeline are excluded.

Tasks Overdue Today Report

The Tasks Overdue Today Report displays each Sisu user and the total number of tasks currently past due.

You can view and manage these tasks directly in the Task Manager, which allows you to click into any task and update the Due Date field to change the deadline or leave a comment to remind the assignee to complete the task.
