The information in this article is intended for Admin and TC users within Sisu.
Keeping data accurate and up to date often depends on agents and ISAs updating transactions at the right time. You can insert a direct link to a specific transaction, or even a specific form, directly inside a Notification Template that is emailed. This allows recipients to click the link and be taken straight to the correct record for quick updates.
Topics in this article:
Why use a transaction link?
Adding a transaction link to a Task Notification or manual email helps you:
Prompt agents to update key dates (like Appointment Met, Under Contract, etc.)
Ensure data is entered on time
Reduce confusion about which transaction needs attention
Easily make updates from desktop or mobile
For example, you might:
Trigger an email on the Appt Set For date field
Ask the agent to confirm whether the appointment occurred
Include a link that opens the exact transaction for seamless updating
How does it work?
When building your email template, you can insert a merge field that references the Transaction ID.
When the email sends:
The system automatically replaces the merge field with the correct transaction link
The recipient clicks the link
The specific transaction opens directly in Sisu
You can also link to a specific form within the transaction.
