How Sunburst Works
Unlike traditional coaching that relies on subjective memory or general advice, Sunburst uses the real data already inside your Sisu account. This includes sales production, agent performance, lead flow, and conversion metrics, to surface clear insights and tailored recommendations.
Instead of telling you what teams typically do, Sunburst tells you what your team is actually doing, where opportunities exist, and what to focus on next.
What Can Sunburst Do?
Sunburst continues to grow with each Sisu release. Current capabilities include (but aren't limited to):
Team Performance Snapshots – Pull quick MTD/YTD numbers (Closed, Pending, Under Contract) so you can stop guessing and start leading.
Performance Reporting – Ask about any agent, team, or group across any date range.
Coaching Prep – Walk into every one-on-one knowing exactly where the breakdowns are.
Activity Tracking – Understand input volume and consistency for every agent.
Goal Pacing – Show who's ahead or behind pace, and what they need to do daily or weekly to catch up.

Update Activities – Log or update activity records without leaving your conversation with Sunburst.
Update Goals – Update and enter user goals directly without navigating to the Goals settings.
Update Transactions – Update transaction form fields straight from chat.
Document Analysis – Analyze uploaded transaction documents directly from the Documents tab.
How to Access Sunburst
Sunburst is available in Next and is accessible to all Sisu user roles, including Agents, Admins, and TCs.

Sunburst Insights is built directly into Sisu and is available wherever you are in the platform. Because it’s page-aware, it automatically surfaces relevant insights and suggested prompts based on what you’re viewing.
To access Sunburst Insights:
Look for the Page Insights pop-up on the page you’re working in
Select a suggested prompt, customize it, or enter your own to get tailored insights
Use the gear icon to open settings, where you can manage preferences or disable Insights
Minimize the panel at any time if you’d like to hide it while you work
Tips for Getting the Best Results
Sunburst is pretty smart, but so are you. Think of it less like a search engine and more like a thought partner. The more clearly you communicate, the more useful it becomes. Here's how to get the best out of every conversation.
Be specific with your prompts – The more context you give Sunburst, the more precise its responses will be.
Use natural language – Just like you're talking to a coach or analyst.
Always include a date range – MTD, YTD, last 7 days, last month, etc.
State your scope – Want to look at team data, an individual agent, or a Group? Specify.
Ask one question at a time – Start with "who's behind," then ask "why," then "what's the fix." Piling everything into one prompt can muddy the results.
Call out the transaction type – Buyers vs. sellers, or listing vs. buyer side. Mixed data can hide the real problem.
Name the metric you care about most – For example: "Closed Volume first, then GCI." You'll get cleaner, more focused results.
Use real estate terms Sunburst understands – Pending, Under Contract, Closed, Lost, GCI, Volume, Units.
Be precise with pipeline language – "Pending" means deals in Pending status only. If you want broader pipeline guidance, ask: "What 3 actions would fix this team's pipeline in the next 14 days?" Data plus a plan beats a data dump.
Ask for benchmarks when you're unsure – For example: "Compare our conversations and appointments to platform averages." It's an easy way to move from gut-feel management to data-driven decisions.
Keep your data clean – If conversations and appointments aren't logged in Sisu, Sunburst can't coach on them. If it's not in Sisu, it didn't happen.
