🚀 Improvements

Create Vendors Directly Within Transactions

We've made it faster to add new vendors while working in a transaction. A new + button has been added next to each vendor type field, allowing Admin and TC users to create a new vendor without leaving the transaction. This streamlines data entry and eliminates the need to navigate away to add missing vendors.

Improved Sunburst Insights Access

We made improvements to the Sunburst Insights experience by simplifying and making it easier to access. Sunburst Insights now appears as a clickable bubble below your account menu on the right side of every Sisu page, providing quick access without interrupting your workflow.

Dotloop Configuration in User Profile

We've made it easier to manage your personal Dotloop integration by adding a Configure button under Account > Profile > Integrations. You can now quickly set up, update, or manage your personal Dotloop connection directly from your profile, making integration management more convenient and accessible.

Transaction Status Board: Customized Tile Order

We've improved the Transaction Status Board so your custom tile arrangement is now saved. After dragging and dropping status tiles into your preferred order, that layout will persist even after refreshing the page, providing a more consistent and personalized workflow.

Task Manager Filter Retention

We've improved the Task Manager to remember your selected filters as you navigate throughout Sisu. When you leave the page and return, your previously applied filters are automatically retained, making it easier to pick up where you left off without resetting your view.

Enhanced Task Status Filtering

We've enhanced the "Filter by Status" option in Transactions > Tasks to support multi-select filtering. You can now select multiple task statuses at once to view a broader set of tasks or exclude one or more statuses (such as "Done" or "Not Applicable") to better focus on the tasks that need your attention.

Immediate Transaction Updates from SisuSign

We've improved the Update Transaction option in SisuSign. When you save a contract with Update Transaction selected, the transaction is now updated immediately instead of waiting until the contract is sent. This ensures transaction data stays current and eliminates delays between saving and seeing updates reflected in Sisu.

Improved Recruiting Team Direct Links

We've improved how direct links to Recruiting pages work. Links now retain the recruiting team ID, so when you open or share a link, it automatically displays the correct team. Existing links continue to work as expected, providing a seamless experience when navigating between teams.

🛠 Bug Fixes

  • Resolved an issue where the Listing Expiration Date on the Active Listings & Buyers Report was not turning red as the expiration date approached.

  • Corrected an issue in Task Manager > Sent Log where the email preview would continue displaying the previously selected email due to a caching issue. The preview now updates correctly each time a different email is selected.

  • Fixed an issue where custom fields created with the same name as system vendor fields (such as Mortgage) could cause conflicts. Custom fields matching system vendor field names will no longer interfere with transaction functionality.

  • Resolved an issue where tasks could not be bulk reassigned to the Transaction Agent from Transactions > Tasks > Bulk Edit.

  • Fixed an issue where some users were encountering a server error when merging Lead Sources.

  • Corrected an issue on the YTD Dashboard where rentals and outbound referrals were incorrectly included in totals.

🚀 Improvements

Added the Net Agent Paid Income Tile to the Income Report

We've enhanced the Income Report by adding the Net Agent Paid Income tile. This metric provides greater visibility into agent-paid income by displaying the net amount after adjustments, helping teams more accurately track and analyze income performance directly from the report.

Transaction Boards: Manage Tags from Transaction Tiles

We've improved the Transaction Stages Board and Transaction Status Board by adding tag management directly to transaction tiles. Users can now view, add, and remove tags without opening the transaction, making it faster and easier to organize and update transactions directly from the board view.

Commission Payments Report is Now Downloadable

We've improved the Commission Payments Report by adding the ability to download report results. Users can now export the report data for easier sharing, recordkeeping, and further analysis outside of Sisu by clicking the download button found in the upper, right hand corner of the report.

Lead Sources by Status Report: Report Filters Added

We've enhanced the Lead Sources by Status Report by adding a Report Filter . Users can now apply the same filtering options available in other reports, making it easier to customize results, analyze specific segments of data, and gain more targeted insights.

Enhanced Pre-Defined Date Range Filters

We've improved filtering throughout the platform by adding new pre-defined date range options. Users can now quickly select 15 Days, 30 Days, 60 Days, 90 Days, and 120 Days date ranges, making it faster and easier to analyze data without manually entering custom date ranges.

Task Notification Templates: Search Bar Added

We've enhanced the Task Notification Templates page by adding a search bar. Users can now quickly find specific notification templates, making it easier to manage and update templates without having to scroll through the entire list.

Vendors: New Vendor Types Added

We've expanded Vendor management by adding two new vendor types: Coop Attorney and Coop Agent. These new options provide greater flexibility when categorizing and managing transaction-related vendors, helping teams more accurately track and organize their business relationships.

Enhanced Group Insights in Sunburst

We've improved Sunburst's ability to analyze and answer questions about Groups. Sunburst can now access Group-level information, including identifying the assigned Group Coach and recognizing members who are included in a Group but excluded from contributing to Group totals. This enhancement enables more accurate reporting and deeper insights when asking Sunburst questions about Group performance and membership.

Enhanced Lead Source Reporting in Sunburst

We've expanded Sunburst's reporting capabilities to include Lead Source data and analytics. Sunburst can now answer questions using data from Lead Source reports. It also understands the difference between Date-Based and Cohort-Based reporting, along with key report metrics such as Opportunity Cost and Cost Per Lead. This enhancement allows users to ask more advanced questions about lead source performance, conversion rates, ROI, agent effectiveness, and long-term trends across both individual users and the entire team.

SkySlope Integration: New Lender Vendor Type Setting

We've added a new Lender Vendor Type setting to the SkySlope integration, giving teams more control over which vendor information syncs to the Lender contact in SkySlope. By default, SkySlope uses the Mortgage vendor field from Sisu, but you can now change this setting to use the Lender vendor field instead. This makes it easier to align your SkySlope contacts with your team's workflow and vendor setup.

🛠 Bug Fixes

  • Fixed an issue where users were unable to create a transaction from the Record page due to required transaction fields missing from the Transaction Details section.

  • Corrected an issue where the GCI field on transaction forms did not allow users to enter decimal percentages. The field now properly accepts and saves percentage values that include decimals.

  • Fixed an issue where users encountered an error when selecting the View Transactions Screen button from Admin > Client Portal > Roadmap Builder. Users can now successfully navigate to the Transactions screen without receiving an error.

  • Resolved an issue where users were able to save a form without completing the required TC field.

  • Corrected an issue where agents were unable to see vendors in the Send To dropdown when sending documents. Vendors now appear correctly and can be selected as recipients.

  • Fixed an issue where users who were previously assigned the TC role continued to appear in TC dropdown selections after being changed to an Agent role. Users are now removed from TC selection lists based on their current role, without requiring teams to reassign historical transactions and preserving accurate records of past TC assignments.

✨ New Features

Commission Reporting Preference Added

A new preference setting, “Include transactions that originated in another team,” has been added under Admin > Commissions > Preferences and is enabled by default. When enabled, commission-related reports will include transactions from other teams where a user is assigned, which may impact overall team income totals. Origination Team columns have also been added to affected reports, with full sorting and search capabilities when the setting is enabled.

🚀 Improvements

Record Page Transaction Creation & Date Enhancements

We've improved the Record page to allow users to quickly create a new transaction directly from the transaction search, removing the need to navigate away from the page.

On existing transactions, key date fields are visible and can be quickly updated.

Additional Clickable Data Points on the CEO Dashboard

The 15, 30, 60, 90, and 120-day GCI and Net data points in the Cash Flow section of the CEO Dashboard are now clickable. Selecting any data point redirects users to the Transaction Page with the corresponding date range filter applied, and the resulting list reflects the same total as the selected dashboard metric, ensuring consistency between views.

Closed & Forecasted Metrics Exclude Lost Transactions

Closed and Forecasted metrics across the Team Dashboard, YTD Dashboard, Personal Dashboard, CEO Dashboard and Snapshot Dashboard now consistently exclude Lost transactions. This applies regardless of team settings or user filters.

Sent Document Logging Improvements

We improved visibility for sent documents by logging documents sent from Transactions or the Client Portal. These entries now appear in Admin > Tasks > Task Settings > Sent Emails, making it easier to track and audit outgoing document activity.

Bulk Delete Tasks in Transactions

Users can now bulk delete tasks within a transaction by selecting the checkboxes to the left of the desired tasks, and clicking the Bulk Delete button.

Improved Goal Setting in Sunburst

Admin and TC users can now use Sunburst to set goals for other users on their team, enabling easier management and alignment of individual performance targets.

SisuSign Packet Download Options

Users can now choose to download either all documents within a SisuSign packet or individual documents, providing more flexibility when exporting signed files.

SisuSign Signing Role Options

SisuSign now includes new signing role options when setting up a document, allowing users to choose between “Sign Electronically” or “Sign Physically.” Documents with all signers set to physical signing will be marked as complete and available for download immediately. When both electronic and physical signing are used, the document will remain in a partially signed status until all electronic signatures are completed, after which it will move to complete. Partially signed documents are also available for download.

🛠 Bug Fixes

  • Fixed several labeling inconsistencies throughout the Next Recruiting platform. Navigation menus, boards, filters, and labels now correctly reference Recruits to provide a more consistent user experience.

  • Resolved an issue where users were unable to merge transactions from the Transactions Page.

  • Corrected an issue in Admin > Users > Activity where activity entries made by TC users were not saving.

  • Fixed an issue where manually entered monthly goals for ISA users were not being saved. Custom goal values now persist correctly, and the Auto-adjust setting remains in the selected state after saving.

  • Resolved an issue where one-off Tasks using custom date fields were missing their due dates.

  • Corrected an issue where the YTD Dashboard was displaying an incorrect average GCI %. The calculation has been corrected to ensure the YTD Avg GCI % reflects accurate data.

  • Fixed an issue where Sunburst was not returning accurate At Bat data counts. At Bat metrics now pull and display correctly.

✨ New Features

Integration Hub Now Available in Next

The Integration Hub is now available in Next! Admin and TC users can access the page by navigating to Admin > Integration Hub. The page is organized into three sections for easier integration management: My Integrations for currently enabled/configured integrations, Sisu Integrations for available native integrations that are not yet enabled, and Partner Integrations for third-party integration options.

The new Google Calendar integration automatically creates and updates calendar events based on dates in Sisu transaction forms, including custom date fields. Calendar invites are dynamically generated to include the assigned agent, TC, and client/second client, with the ability to also include specific individuals regardless of Sisu profile (such as a shared team calendar). This helps ensure key transaction milestones stay in sync across teams and calendars. If you're interested in this integration, please contact your Sisu Account Manager.

🚀 Improvements

A new Vendor type, Broker, has been added to provide more flexibility when creating vendors in Admin > Vendors. This is especially helpful when using SisuSign and the Client Portal, allowing broker contacts to be more clearly categorized and contactable throughout the transaction process.

Commission Preferences Relocated

All Commission Preferences have been moved from Team Settings > Preferences to Commissions > Preferences to keep all commission-related settings together in one more easily accessible location.

🛠 Bug Fixes

  • Resolved an issue that caused an “Invalid Client Type ID” error when creating Commission Templates for the opposite transaction type. Commission Templates will now correctly respect the selected transaction type.

  • Fixed an issue where preselected dates in saved filters on the Transactions Page, such as “This Week” and “This Month,” were displaying incorrect dates.

  • Corrected an issue in Admin > SisuSign > Templates where column sorting was not functioning. Users can now properly sort template columns as expected.

  • Fixed an issue in Admin > Lead Sources where users were unable to create new Lead Sources.

  • Several unnecessary filter options have been removed from the Leaderboards page to simplify filtering and improve usability. Removed filters include Status, Transaction Dates, Locked Transactions, Name, Email, Street Address, and Commissions.

✨ New Features

Commission Payments Report

We’ve released the Commission Payments Report, a powerful way to track, analyze, and reconcile commission payments across your team - now with major enhancements compared to the Classic version. This updated report provides improved visibility into commission activity at both the team and individual agent level, with flexible filtering by scope, transaction type, agent status, and date range. Easily drill down from high-level team totals into detailed transaction data, validate commission calculations, and ensure accurate payment distribution. Whether you’re reviewing performance, auditing financials, or planning compensation, this report gives you the clarity and control you need in one place.

Team Gmail Integration

You can now connect a Gmail account to your team in Sisu, allowing emails to be sent directly from your own Google account instead of the default [email protected] address. This new integration can be found in Admin > Team Settings > Profile, and gives teams more flexibility and personalization when sending email communications.

🚀 Improvements

Easier Filtering on Transaction Boards

We’ve made it easier to manage filters on the Transaction Stages Board and Transaction Statuses Board. Your active filters now appear at the top of the board, so you can quickly see what’s applied and remove or adjust them with a single click—no need to reopen the filter panel.

Added Cap Visibility in Commission Adjustments

We’ve improved Cap visibility when adding and editing Commission Adjustments within the Commission Form. You can now easily see how much Cap has been used, along with the total Cap amount, based on the transaction’s Closed (Settlement) Date. This makes it easier to understand cap impact in context while managing commission adjustments.

🛠 Bug Fixes

  • Fixed an issue in Admin > Documents > Document Types where users received a success message when updating a Document Type Category, but the category did not actually update. The change now saves and reflects correctly.

  • Corrected an issue where Snapshot graphs were incorrectly including Rentals and Referrals.

  • Fixed an issue where "Active User" type custom fields displayed the user ID instead of the user’s name when downloading transactions.

  • Resolved an issue where filtering Leaderboards by ISA team did not update the results.

  • Fixed an issue in the Income Report where applying a Group filter returned incorrect results. Transactions within the selected Group and date range were not displayed unless they included Agent Splits.

  • Fixed an issue where the projection line in Snapshot graphs was displaying inaccurate data. A line representing the actual forecasted data now appears instead.

  • Fixed an issue where Agent users assigned as Coaches within a Group were unable to use Sunburst to analyze other agents in the same Group. Coaching permissions now correctly grant the expected visibility.

Sunburst Access in Mobile App

An embedded Sunburst button is now located at the bottom of the screen in the Sisu mobile app, making it easier to access while working on the go.

Push Notifications via Mobile App

Anything that appears in your notification bell will also be delivered as a push notification, helping you stay up to date in real time. To receive push notifications, make sure notifications are enabled for the Sisu app in your device settings.

  • Improved validation by showing a clear error message when a field exceeds max character limits, replacing the generic server error.

  • Added a detailed error message when syncing to Skyslope to indicate missing vendor fields; transactions will still be created in Skyslope but marked as “Incomplete.”

  • Fixed an issue where manually entered goals were being cleared after navigating away or returning to the Goals page when Auto Adjust was toggled off.

Both Buyers and Sellers.” Results include transaction ID, lead agent, address, lost date, and lost reason (if available).

When these labels are applied in CINC, the corresponding transaction in Sisu will automatically be updated to the Lost status.
