✨ New Features

Integration Hub Now Available in Next

The Integration Hub is now available in Next! Admin and TC users can access the page by navigating to Admin > Integration Hub. The page is organized into three sections for easier integration management: My Integrations for currently enabled/configured integrations, Sisu Integrations for available native integrations that are not yet enabled, and Partner Integrations for third-party integration options.

Google Calendar Integration

The new Google Calendar integration automatically creates and updates calendar events based on dates in Sisu transaction forms, including custom date fields. Calendar invites are dynamically generated to include the assigned agent, TC, and client/second client, with the ability to also include specific individuals regardless of Sisu profile (such as a shared team calendar). This helps ensure key transaction milestones stay in sync across teams and calendars. If you're interested in this integration, please contact your Sisu Account Manager.

🚀 Improvements

New Vendor Type: Broker

A new Vendor type, Broker, has been added to provide more flexibility when creating vendors in Admin > Vendors. This is especially helpful when using SisuSign and the Client Portal, allowing broker contacts to be more clearly categorized and contactable throughout the transaction process.

Commission Preferences Relocated

All Commission Preferences have been moved from Team Settings > Preferences to Commissions > Preferences to keep all commission-related settings together in one more easily accessible location.

🛠 Bug Fixes

  • Resolved an issue that caused an “Invalid Client Type ID” error when creating Commission Templates for the opposite transaction type. Commission Templates will now correctly respect the selected transaction type.

  • Fixed an issue where preselected dates in saved filters on the Transactions Page, such as “This Week” and “This Month,” were displaying incorrect dates.

  • Corrected an issue in Admin > SisuSign > Templates where column sorting was not functioning. Users can now properly sort template columns as expected.

  • Fixed an issue in Admin > Lead Sources where users were unable to create new Lead Sources.

  • Several unnecessary filter options have been removed from the Leaderboards page to simplify filtering and improve usability. Removed filters include Status, Transaction Dates, Locked Transactions, Name, Email, Street Address, and Commissions.

  • Fixed an issue where Agent users were encountering a server error and were unable to access documents uploaded into a transaction.

✨ New Features

Commission Payments Report

We’ve released the Commission Payments Report, a powerful way to track, analyze, and reconcile commission payments across your team - now with major enhancements compared to the Classic version. This updated report provides improved visibility into commission activity at both the team and individual agent level, with flexible filtering by scope, transaction type, agent status, and date range. Easily drill down from high-level team totals into detailed transaction data, validate commission calculations, and ensure accurate payment distribution. Whether you’re reviewing performance, auditing financials, or planning compensation, this report gives you the clarity and control you need in one place.

Team Gmail Integration

You can now connect a Gmail account to your team in Sisu, allowing emails to be sent directly from your own Google account instead of the default [email protected] address. This new integration can be found in Admin > Team Settings > Profile, and gives teams more flexibility and personalization when sending email communications.

🚀 Improvements

Easier Filtering on Transaction Boards

We’ve made it easier to manage filters on the Transaction Stages Board and Transaction Statuses Board. Your active filters now appear at the top of the board, so you can quickly see what’s applied and remove or adjust them with a single click—no need to reopen the filter panel.

Added Cap Visibility in Commission Adjustments

We’ve improved Cap visibility when adding and editing Commission Adjustments within the Commission Form. You can now easily see how much Cap has been used, along with the total Cap amount, based on the transaction’s Closed (Settlement) Date. This makes it easier to understand cap impact in context while managing commission adjustments.

🛠 Bug Fixes

  • Fixed an issue in Admin > Documents > Document Types where users received a success message when updating a Document Type Category, but the category did not actually update. The change now saves and reflects correctly.

  • Corrected an issue where Snapshot graphs were incorrectly including Rentals and Referrals.

  • Fixed an issue where "Active User" type custom fields displayed the user ID instead of the user’s name when downloading transactions.

  • Resolved an issue where filtering Leaderboards by ISA team did not update the results.

  • Fixed an issue in the Income Report where applying a Group filter returned incorrect results. Transactions within the selected Group and date range were not displayed unless they included Agent Splits.

  • Fixed an issue where the projection line in Snapshot graphs was displaying inaccurate data. A line representing the actual forecasted data now appears instead.

  • Fixed an issue where Agent users assigned as Coaches within a Group were unable to use Sunburst to analyze other agents in the same Group. Coaching permissions now correctly grant the expected visibility.

🚀 Improvements

Projected Pace Added to Snapshot Graphs

Snapshot Graphs now include a projected pace line for future months, helping you visualize where you’re trending by year-end. Projections are based on your current year-to-date performance relative to your goal (YTD actual ÷ YTD goal) and extended across the remaining months.

Sunburst Access in Mobile App

An embedded Sunburst button is now located at the bottom of the screen in the Sisu mobile app, making it easier to access while working on the go.

Push Notifications via Mobile App

Anything that appears in your notification bell will also be delivered as a push notification, helping you stay up to date in real time. To receive push notifications, make sure notifications are enabled for the Sisu app in your device settings.

🛠 Bug Fixes

  • Fixed an issue where users couldn’t remove the Lost date or revert a transaction’s status from Lost using the status dropdown.

  • Resolved a bug where non-required custom multiple choice type fields prevented forms from saving due to “none” vs. “null” handling.

  • Improved validation by showing a clear error message when a field exceeds max character limits, replacing the generic server error.

  • Added a detailed error message when syncing to Skyslope to indicate missing vendor fields; transactions will still be created in Skyslope but marked as “Incomplete.”

  • Fixed an issue where manually entered goals were being cleared after navigating away or returning to the Goals page when Auto Adjust was toggled off.

  • Corrected an issue where transactions were missing from the Listing Price Changes report due to rendering based on the date the Transaction Amount was entered instead of the Signed date.

Additional preference settings will be rolled out in an upcoming release.

You can now quickly view cap tracking information directly within a user’s profile, making it easier to monitor progress and stay on top of cap-related details at a glance.

Saved Filters Enhancements for Admin & TC Users

Admin and TC users can now view their own saved filters, as well as saved filters created by any user on their team, in Admin > Team Settings > Saved Filters. In addition, they can share saved filters across the entire team, making it easier to standardize views and streamline workflows.

Dotloop Sync Templates Available In User Profile

Users leveraging the Dotloop integration can now sync their templates directly from their user profile in Next. When triggered, Sisu will automatically create a tag for each Dotloop template, named accordingly. These template tags are then available for all users across the team - no need for each user to sync individually. This action only needs to be completed once per team.

🚀 Improvements

Sunburst Can Now Review Documents

Sunburst can now analyze uploaded documents directly from a transaction. Navigate to the transaction’s Documents tab and click Analyze next to any uploaded file to get AI-powered insights.

Sunburst Can Pull Lost Transaction Data

Sunburst can now retrieve detailed data for lost transactions, including Lost Date and Lost Reason. You can prompt Sunburst to generate reports such as: “Provide me with a report of my Lost transactions for 2026 YTD. Both Buyers and Sellers.” Results include transaction ID, lead agent, address, lost date, and lost reason (if available).

Sunburst Now Supports Pending GCI Reports

Sunburst can now generate reports showing Pending GCI by agent, giving you a clearer view of upcoming earnings. This can be used to help forecast future income, and better understand where your pipeline stands before transactions close.

Sunburst Can Now Update User Goals

Sunburst can now update and enter user goals directly. Note that it does not utilize the Goal Calculator, so some goal metrics may be incomplete if the calculator has not been used first. For best results, we recommend setting up goals using the Goal Calculator initially.

GCI & Income Tiles Updated On CEO Dashboard

We’ve reorganized the GCI and Income tiles on the CEO Dashboard to provide clearer visibility into your financial performance. Tiles are now grouped into the following categories:

  • Closed GCI - Total GCI from all included transactions that have closed.

  • Pending GCI - Total GCI from transactions with a future Closed (Settlement) Date and/or a Forecasted Closed Date.

  • Pending Profit - Total expected income from payments on transactions that have not yet closed but are forecasted to close.

  • Projected Net Income - Total income received from closed transactions plus expected income from transactions that are forecasted to close.

  • Net Income - Total income received minus deductions and expenses.

  • Referrals - Total amount paid toward referral fees.

  • Deductions & Agent Income - Total amount paid to agents and other entities.

  • Expenses - Total expenses recorded under Admin > Expenses (and, depending on settings, Admin > Lead Sources > Counts & Expenses).

Lost Status Updating Now Available via CINC Integration

We’ve enhanced our CINC integration by adding Buyer Lost and Seller Lost pipeline labels. When these labels are applied in CINC, the corresponding transaction in Sisu will automatically be updated to the Lost status. The lost reason will also be updated in Sisu to “Marked Lost by CINC Integration”, making it easy to track the source of the status change.

🛠 Bug Fixes

  • Users were unable to update the status of a transaction via the Status dropdown. This was fixed.

  • Task due dates were not appearing in the Transaction and Task Manager for tasks configured to calculate due dates based on custom fields. This issue has been resolved.

  • 2026 Closed and 2026 Closed & Forecasted Tiles on the Team Dashboard were only including YTD data. This has been corrected.

  • Agent users acting as ISAs were unable to access transactions where they were selected in the “Appt Set by ISA” field. This issue has been resolved. Agent users will still not have access to restricted areas of other agents’ transactions, such as documents, tasks, and comments.

  • Group Coaches were unable to access Documents or Comments on transactions assigned to other Group members. This issue has been resolved.

  • Leaderboards were incorrectly including inactive users. This issue has been corrected.
