How To Login to the Client Portal

Sisu users and clients will access the Client Portal in different ways. This article reviews each process.

Logging into the Client Portal as a Sisu User

Sisu users and vendors can login to the Client Portal by following these steps:

  1. Navigate to client.sisu.co.

  2. Click User Login.

  3. Enter the same email and password you use to log into Sisu.

  4. Click Login.

  5. A code will be texted to the mobile phone number on file.

  6. Once received, enter the code in the field provided.

  7. Click Login.


Logging into the Client Portal as a Client

In order for your clients to login to the Client Portal, accurate contact information must be input into the Mobile Phone Number and Contact Email fields in the Sisu transaction.

To login to the Client Portal as a client, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to client.sisu.co.

  2. Enter the following information (this must exactly match what has been entered into the Sisu transaction):

    • First name

    • Last name

    • Email

    • Phone number

  3. Click Client Login.

  4. A code will be texted to the mobile phone number on file.

  5. Once received, enter the code in the field provided.

  6. Click Login.
