Transaction Tags provide a flexible way to track important details within your transactions. They help you organize, categorize, and prioritize transactions based on specific criteria—such as payment status, special conditions, or internal notes—making it easier to monitor progress and stay on top of key action items. By using Tags, your team can quickly identify transactions that need attention, filter boards for better visibility, and ensure nothing slips through the cracks.

Creating New Tags
You can create Tags in Sisu by following these steps:
Navigate to Admin > Tasks > Transaction Tags.
Click the Add New button
, enter a name and choose a color for your Tag.
Reordering Tags
By reordering your list of Tags in your Admin settings, you can determine the order in which Tags appear in any Tag drop-down menu. To reorder your Tags, do the following:
Navigate to Admin > Tasks > Transaction Tags.
Drag and drop each Tag or adjust the order via the numeric boxes.
Editing Existing Tags
To edit existing Tags, follow these steps:
Navigate to Admin > Tasks > Transaction Tags.
Edit the Tag name by clicking into the box in the Tag Name column
Edit the Tag color by clicking the color box in the Color column
Adding The Tags Field To Your Form(s)
You may want to add the Tags field to your form(s). You can do so by following these steps:
Navigate to Admin > Team Settings > Forms and Fields.
In-line with the form, click the
icon to the right of the form and select Manage Fields.
Utilize the search bar at the top of the Available Form Fields section on the right to quickly find the Tags field.
Click to drag and drop the field from the Available Forms Fields section on the left to the Active Form Fields on the right. You can also utilize the icons in the middle to move the field to your form. The field will be added to the bottom of your form.
Including Tags On The Transactions Page
You can choose to view Tags on the Transactions Page by enabling the associated setting within your team preferences.
Currently the Preference Settings are not yet available in Next. As we are working towards releasing this feature please follow the navigational steps in Sisu Classic. Thank you!
1. Navigate to Admin > Team Settings.
2. In the menu on the left, click Preferences.
3. Search for the setting called "Include Tags in the Transactions screen."
💡 Note: To search for words on a page, use the following keyboard shortcut:
PC: Press the "Control" and "F" keys at the same time.
Mac: Press the "Command" and "F" keys at the same time.
4. Click the orange Enable button in-line with the setting.
Now a Tags column will appear on the Transactions Page.
