The Team Dashboard provides a real-time snapshot of your production, with quick access to key metrics like pipeline activity, year-to-date performance, and leaderboard standings. Because the data is pulled directly from your team’s transactions, you can clearly see where your business stands today and anticipate upcoming closings in the months ahead.

Filters & Features
The Team Dashboard includes flexible filtering options so you can tailor the data to your team's needs.
Filters available:
Predefined Date Ranges: Quickly view date ranges such as Last Month, This Year, Q4, etc. with just one click.
Custom Date Range: Select any custom date range from the calendar picker.
Cap Status: This button appears when you've selected an individual user in the scope and provides information on how much that user has contributed towards their cap.
Dashboard Filter: Additional filtering options allowing you to drill down by lead source, form fields, vendors and more.
Easily save your customized filters for future use by clicking the Save As New button in the top-right corner of the Dashboard Filters.
Circles Dashboard
The tiles at the top of the Dashboard display four Year-to-Date (YTD) metrics:
YTD Closed Volume: Total volume for all transactions that have closed YTD. This amount is calculated from the date entered into the "Closed (Settlement) Date" field and the amount entered into the “Transaction Amount” field within each transaction.
YTD Closed Units: Total number of closed units YTD. This amount is calculated from the date entered into the "Closed (Settlement) Date" field within each transaction.
YTD Closed and Forecasted Volume: Total volume for all transactions that are forecasted to close and have already closed. This amount is calculated from the date entered into the "Closed (Settlement) Date" field or the "Forecasted Closed Date" field and the amount entered into the “Transaction Amount” field within each transaction.
YTD Closed and Forecasted Units: Total number of all transactions that are forecasted to close and have already closed. This amount is calculated from the date entered into the "Closed (Settlement) Date" field or the "Forecasted Closed Date" field.
Two additional metrics will appear when you are viewing a date range that is less than a year:
U/C Volume: Total under contract volume for transactions that have an Under Contract Date in the specific date range you are viewing.
Closed Volume: Total closed volume for the transactions that closed in the specific time frame you are viewing.
📊 The bar beneath each total shows your progress toward your goal. The color indicates Not on Pace, On Pace, or Goal Achieved. The number at the end of each bar is the goal. These colors are customizable for Premier subscribers!

The Dialer section of the Circles Dashboard shows metrics based on the date range selected at the top of the page. From left to right: Conversations are displayed first, with a conversion rate calculated to Appointments Set, and each subsequent metric also shows its conversion rate to the next status.
Each dial displays a fraction, with the top number representing your actual count and the bottom number showing your goal.

YTD Dashboard
The YTD Dashboard, accessible via the tab at the top, provides year-to-date data for your team.
Breakdown of tiles at the top:
Live Listings: Number of seller transactions in the Live Listing status. To be included, the transaction must be Seller type with both the “Signed Date” and “MLS Live Date” fields completed.
Units Pending: Number of transactions in the Pending status. A transaction is considered Pending when the most recent status date is the “Under Contract Date.”
Volume Pending: Total volume of all Pending transactions. This is calculated using the value entered in the “Transaction Amount” field for each included transaction.
AVG GCI%: The average GCI percentage of all transactions closed YTD. This is calculated by dividing total "GCI" by total "Transaction Amount".
GCI Pending: The total GCI for all transactions in Pending status, based on the amounts entered in each transaction’s “GCI” field.
Total GCI: Total GCI of all transactions closed YTD, based on the amounts entered in each transaction’s “GCI” field. The bar below this tile shows progress toward your goal.
AVG GCI: The average GCI dollar amount of all transactions closed YTD. This is calculated by dividing total "GCI" by the number of closed transactions.

Breakdown of the additional tiles:
AVG Price: The average price of closed transactions YTD. This is calculated by dividing the total of all values entered in the “Transaction Amount” field by the number of transactions with a “Closed (Settlement) Date” within the YTD date range.
AVG Listing Price: The average price of closed Seller transactions YTD. This is calculated by dividing the total "Transaction Amount" of all closed Seller transactions by the number of closed Seller transactions.
AVG Buyer Price: The average price of closed Buyer transactions YTD. This is calculated by dividing the total "Transaction Amount" of all closed Buyer transactions by the number of closed Buyer transactions.
Buyer AVG DOM: The average number of days between the "Signed Date" and the "Under Contract Date" for each Buyer transaction, averaged across all Buyer transactions.
Listings AVG DOM: For each Seller transaction:
If an MLS Live Date is entered, days are calculated from the "MLS Live Date" to the "Under Contract Date".
If no "MLS Live Date" is entered, days are calculated from the "Signed Date" to the "Under Contract Date".
These values are then averaged across all Seller transactions.
Listings Sold: The total number of closed Seller transactions YTD.
Listings Closed Volume: The total volume of closed Seller transactions, based on the “Transaction Amount” field for each transaction included.
Buyers Sold: The total number of closed Buyer transactions YTD.
Buyers Closed Volume: The total volume of closed Buyer transactions, based on the “Transaction Amount” field for each transaction included.
Activities Dashboard
The Activities Dashboard, accessible via the tab at the top, displays the activities completed by your team, or an individual agent, within the date range you’re viewing.

Admin/TC users can choose which Activities to track, and create custom Activities, by navigating to Admin > Team Settings > Activities.
Leaderboards Dashboard
ℹ️ Note: To display the Leaderboards Dashboard, enable the “Show Leaderboards on the Team Dashboard” setting found in Admin > Team Settings > Preferences.
The Leaderboards Dashboard, accessible from the tab at the top, can display up to 8 metric-based Leaderboards of your choice. To select which Leaderboards appear for your team, navigate to Admin > Team Settings > Preferences and scroll to the “Show the Following Leaderboards” section.
CEO Dashboard
The CEO (or Admin) Dashboard is accessible only by Admin and TC users within Sisu. For more information about this dashboard, check out this KB article. 📙
Available Dashboard Settings
The information in this section is accessible only by Admin users in Sisu.
It's important to note that users in the Agent role will only be able to see their own data, while users in the Admin and TC roles will have access to all data.
The following settings, that impact Dashboard, can be found in Admin > Team Settings > Preferences:
