The Stages and Statuses Boards provide users with a visual, drag-and-drop way to manage transactions from Pipeline through Closing. Whether you're organizing by custom swim lanes or tracking progress by status, each board lets you quickly update transactions, access key details, and apply filters to focus on what matters most.

Transaction Stages Board
The Transaction Stages Board allows you to manage transactions from start to finish using your team’s customized swim lanes. You can drag and drop transaction cards into new Stages as they progress. Clicking a card gives you quick access to details, Comments, Tasks, and the full transaction record.
You can also move transactions up, down, or hide them from the board.
Filters & Features
Use filters to narrow down the transactions displayed:
Scope: Choose to view your team as a whole, Groups or individual team members.
Status: Toggle between Showing, Hidden, or All transactions.
Filter By Type: Display only Buyers or Sellers.
Search Keyword: Find a transaction by client name, email, property address, etc.
More filtering options are available by clicking the Filter button.
