Challenges make it easy to take your team’s goals and turn them into a friendly competition, motivating your agents to push themselves and see better results than ever before. 🚀 With each Challenge, agents will earn points depending on how well they have done against other team members. We’ll leave it up to you to decide the grand prize for the winner. 🏆

Creating A Challenge
To create a Challenge follow the steps below:
Navigate to Admin > Challenges.
On the Create New Challenge tab fill out the following fields:
🔸 Challenge Name
Give your Challenge a fun and captivating name! This will be visible to all users.
🔸 Scope
Select who you want to participate in this Challenge. Options include:
Team: Your entire user roster will participate.
ISA: Only users in the ISA user role will participate.
Agents: Only users in the Agent user role will participate.
Team vs. Team: You can Challenge another Sisu team! If you're interested in this just reach out to your Account Manager or drop us a message in the chat bubble. 💬
Group vs. Group: Points will accumulate for each Group as a whole and multiple Groups can compete against each other! To learn more about creating Groups check out this article in the KB. 📙
Organizations: This is an option for our Premier subscribers. Organizations come in handy when you have multiple geographic locations, teams, or multiple brokerages.
Groups: Only users apart of a specific Group will participate.
🔸 Category
Categories are grouped as follows:
General: These categories are based on transactional data.
Activity: These categories are based on default and custom Activities. To learn more about creating custom Activities check out this article in the KB. 📙
Other: "Days Tracked" and "Longest Streak" can be selected here.
Days Tracked - The total number of days a user has recorded at least one activity, updated an existing transaction or created a new transaction (data synced from an integration does not count - only manual input).
Longest Streak - The highest number of consecutive "Days Tracked" thus far for the user.
🔸 Challenge Type
Race: Your agents will be competing for 1st🥇, 2nd🥈, and 3rd🥉 place. The top competitor at the end of the challenge will receive the highest amount of points possible, and from there, the points will decrease with each ranking.
Everybody Wins: Everybody can win. Once you select this as the challenge you want, you will be able to set a threshold number that each agent will need to reach in order to get points for completing this challenge. Each agent that reaches the threshold will receive the same amount of points. Decide whether you want your threshold to be a count or volume number.
Per Unit: Agents will earn points per unit of production. Example: A challenge is created based on "Conversations" and the points are "5," an agent would earn 15 points for 3 conversations, 20 points for 4, etc.
🔸 Time Period Type
When selecting Week, Month, Quarter or Year you will then be prompted to make a selection in the Time Period Selection field. If you choose Custom you will then be prompted to select a Start Date and an End Date.
🔸 Recurring
When selecting Yes the Challenge will automatically create upon the next time period (i.e. each week, each month, each quarter or each year).
Click Generate to create your Challenge! 💥
Refreshing Challenge Results
Challenge results are recalculated about every 30 minutes automatically within the Sisu platform. Use the Refresh button to refresh challenge results for your team as needed.
Viewing & Editing Existing Challenges
You can toggle between "Create A New Challenge" and "View Challenges" via the tabs at the top:
Here you can view, filter and edit your existing Challenges.
View specific Challenges by selecting a Status in the dropdown or utilizing the search bar.
Click the pencil icon to edit an active Challenge.
