Activity by Recruiter Report

If you’re looking for a quick way to compare Recruiter productivity across your entire team, check out the Activity by Recruiter Report. This report provides a centralized view of every recruiter and the activities they’ve logged, whether that’s outbound calls, texts, interviews scheduled, or follow-ups completed. The beauty of the Activity by Recruiter report is that it updates in real time. As recruiters record their outreach with candidates, those activities are immediately reflected here, allowing you to spot high performers and identify who may need support.

Filtering the Report

Quickly adjust the date range at the top of the report to dial in on a specific timeframe. If you’d like to see a full activity breakdown for every recruiter, including those with no logged actions, enable the “See Zeroes” option to display users with activity counts of 0.

Activity Log Report

The Activity Log Report is a powerful tool for comparing Recruiters and tracking when specific activities were completed all in one convenient view. This report also updates in real time.

Filtering the Report

The report includes several filtering options at the top to help you focus on the data that matters most. You can adjust the Scope to view your entire team, specific groups, individual recruiters, ISAs, or inactive team members. Use Activity Type to filter by specific actions, and choose from Predefined Dates (like Last Month, This Year, or Q4) or set a Custom Date Range to see activity counts recorded within any timeframe.

Report Columns

Each column in the report reflects the filters you’ve applied. User ID shows the unique identifier for each user (also visible in Admin > Users), User indicates who completed the activity, Activity identifies the action recorded, Date shows when it occurred, and Count totals how many times the activity was completed. You can also click the column headers to sort results for easier analysis.

You can download this report by clicking the download icon in the top-right corner.

Creating Custom Activities

Your team comes with a set of default Activities for tracking, but you can easily customize or create new Activities to fit your team’s needs. Just navigate to Admin > Team Settings > Activities to get started.
