Your user profile in Sisu contains your personal information, account preferences, and available integrations. Learn how to access your profile, update your user details and profile picture, manage cap settings, and connect supported integrations.

Accessing Your User Profile
There are two easy ways to access your user profile in Sisu:
In the upper, right hand corner of any page in Sisu, click your profile picture. From the dropdown menu select Profile.
From the left hand navigation menu of any page in Sisu, select Account then select Profile.
Updating Your Profile Picture
Your profile picture will appear throughout Sisu (in Tasks, Leaderboards, Challenges, etc.) as well as the Client Portal. To update your profile picture, follow these steps:
Navigate to Account > Profile.
Click the pencil icon on your current profile picture.
Select a photo and upload.
Updating Your User Details
To enter or update your user details in Sisu, you can navigate to Navigate to Account > Profile.

Field | Definition |
First Name | User's first name. |
Last Name | User's last name. |
User's email address. Emails from Sisu are sent to this address. | |
Mobile Phone | User's mobile number. If OTP is enabled, verification codes will be sent to this number. |
Timezone | Determines how dates and times are displayed throughout Sisu for this user. |
Default Landing Page | Selects the page the user is taken to after signing in to Sisu. |
Business Entity | Name of the user’s business entity, shown on CDAs instead of their personal name. |

Field | Definition |
Address 1 | Primary street address for the user. |
Address 2 | Additional address information, such as a suite or unit number. |
City | User's city. |
State | User's state or province. |
Postal Code | User's ZIP or postal code. |
→ Cap & Split Settings
Field | Definition |
Brokerage Cap Amount | The brokerage cap amount used to track the user's progress toward their cap. |
Brokerage Cap Year Anniversary | The date the user's brokerage cap resets each year. |
Royalty Cap Amount | The royalty cap amount used to track the user's progress toward their royalty cap. |
Royalty Cap Year Anniversary | The date the user's royalty cap resets each year. |
Broker/Team Percent | The percentage of commission retained by the brokerage or team before the agent receives their split. |
Agent Split Percentage | The percentage of commission allocated to the agent based on their commission split. |
Access to Integrations in your User Profile
Two integrations may appear here depending on your team's setup.
